What a great experience. They have customer service down pat. Staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. You can tell they are passionate about motor sports. Prices on gear and helmets are very competitive. Definitely my go to for parts and service for my Yamaha.

Recently purchased a bike and gear from Clare's. Mike was very patient and informative for a new rider. He was able to break down everything I needed to know about buying a bike, including maintenance and specs and upkeep. Cam is stellar at the gear desk. He always takes the time to explain everything and is very knowledgeable about equipment. What he doesn't know, he does research on to better help you on your next visit. I've never had a bad experience here, and always look forward to going back.

Purchased my first bike here, 96 Honda Rebel which was in great shape. Met the former owner while she was looking around. Friendly staff and no hassle negotiations. Returned because of a mechanical issue on the bike (minor, missing piece that must have detached during the trip home) and they fixed asap without cost under their warranty.

To me Customer Service is the essence of any successful transaction. And frankly I am often disappointed with the inattentive and uncaring atmosphere sometimes found in today's retail environment. However, I recently had the exact opposite occur during a recent visit to Clare's Cycle & Sports in Fenwick, Ontario. I had arrived to look at a motorcycle, a Triumph Bonneville Bobber Black that had arrived at the venerable motorcycle dealer. While ogling the single seater in its matte black finish, Mike Risi, the Used Bike Sales Manager approached, and we began discussing the unique old time styling that Triumph had incorporated into their design. He was helpful without being intrusive and gave me the space to spend some time with the bike, to sit on it and take some photos. He answered all my questions and showed me the extra parts that came with the motorcycle should I choose to make an offer. We discussed the price and he suggested that he could do a little better. Before I knew it, we shook hands and completed our transaction. He explained that they could deliver the bike, or I could leave it there and pick it and all the extra parts up whenever it was convenient to me. We communicated with one another over the course of the next two weeks and finally arranged a date to get the bike. They installed a set of Engine Guards for me that I had brought to them at no extra cost and when I arrived to ride the motorcycle home, it was washed, and the gas tank was filled with premium gas. Excellent service all round. Thank you, Mike and Clare's.
