I recently had my pendant setting re-done in the store and the experience has been amazing. The finishing quality is great. They have been very transparent on their pricing and Rachel, the store owner also shared a lot of knowledge, which you won't be told in big stores. I appreciated their service, workmanship and honesty and will definitely visit them again if I need any jewelry in the future.May 24 Update : I went back and got a new customized diamond pendant done! Rachel went through a lot of trouble to find best diamond for me that fits my budget. Again the quality is so amazing and I absolutely LOVE it. (The picture doesn't do it justice). Great family business. Mr. Kim's been in the industry his whole life, and he runs this shop with his wife and daughter, Rachel.Got my engagement ring done here. I chose a pre-existing design and brought my own diamond. I found them to be accommodating and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly.Would recommend this shop for sure. If you need service in English, ask for Rachel.

Browsing through 4 places to find the best ones for my engagement, I decided Viewzen.My brother got 1Carat for my sister in law & My soon to be husband bought 2Carat for me.The guidance was awesome!!! 200% satisfied:)They provided us a chart that we all can read and understand how diamonds are evaluated.Even my mom, age 66 could understand the chart.Also, the price was super reasonable and the finishing quality is the best! (GIA certified)As long as you keep the GIA certification with your diamonds, you can always re-form/ change styles/ upgrading size etc.You can even styling the ring (Visit!
