Right at Home Home Care in Oakville is a caring and compassionate place to call if you're in need of home care for your elderly parents. Susan is super attentive and her staff go the extra mile to answer your questions and address all of your concerns in a timely manner. Although my parents are not quite ready for home care, I know who I need to call when the time comes - it's Susan and her incredible kind and compassionate team at Right at Home Oakville.

Julie was awesome, she came out for a home visit to access my mother's needs, we needed temporary support for one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon. The PSW's were very caring, I would not hesitate to use Right at Home Services again and would highly recommend them.

I would highly reccomend Right At Home. Melissa was amazing to say the least. She set my mother up with the best care within 24 hours during covid. She really saved me when another company which i was going to be dealing with informed me on the last second that their PSW's were not available on the weekend my mother was scheduled to arrive. I contacted many companies and there wasn't anyone that could deliver on time and when i needed it most Right At home was there. Thanks again Melissa

The team at Right at Home have been really helpful advising and supporting my sisters and I to begin taking steps for care providers to help our 85 year old mom who has Alzheimer’s. I hired Right At Home in June right before my wife’s knee replacement surgery. Our Care Planner Melissa did a wonderful job creating a care plan to meet our specific needs. Our caregivers Lori and Melissa were always punctual and exceeded our expectations with their compassion and ability to help my wife with her personal care. They were both very professional and we never felt rushed. I was able to get some much needed rest while they cared for my wife and they handled things like laundry and meal preparation so I didn’t have to. I know my wife recovered faster from the surgery because of their great care. I have recommended Right At Home to a number of my friends and would definitely use them again.

Our family has had the BEST experience with Right at Home - Home Care.I emailed for the first time at 8:30 pm and I received a call from the owner at approximately 9:15 pm the same day. We spoke and I was told someone from the care team would be calling me the next day to discuss the detail. I received the call on Friday and we scheduled the services to start on Monday, 3 days later.Our worker is excellent with our mom. We have people from a different agency coming in and she dislikes everyone that comes from that agency. I gave some direction of what we expected and the service far exceeds my requests.You can always get in touch with this company and we have found they will do everything to fill the required hours.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for services.

I would like to record my experience of the services provided by Right at Home to my wife once she returned home from a hospital stay resulting from a fall and the ensuing complications as a long time Parkinsons patient.We were lucky that LHIN assigned this company to care for her in the six weeks or so of her recovery and rehab at home as she was under the supervision of a core of dedicated and devoted group of PSWs who untiringly attended to her in the morning and evening shifts without fail and ungrudgingly. They were always punctual despite the vagaries of weather and willing to help in more than one way to cater to her needs and make her convalescence as easy and comfortable as possible.The coordinating staff was equally up to the mark and besides being polite and courteous , kept us regularly informed of the schedule of the home visits. Most importantly,our phone calls to them, which were rare, were responded promptly and efficiently any time of the day.Having dealt with Home care Services for several years due to my wife,s prolonged indisposition, I can say unhesitatingly that Right at Home is the one company that lives up to its name!!! Right at Home Care is a very caring and professional organization, from start to finish. They were very quick to call me back and help with the care of my mother on the same day and appointed a Nurse.The communication between Melissa and I was wonderful. Melissa kept me informed when the appointments were made and the report back from Catriona. Catriona is a wonderful and super friendly person, she is very punctual, Catriona made my mother felt so comfortable and relax while she attended to her needs. Catriona went above and beyond her duties.I would highly recommend Right at Home Care.

Right at home recently cared for my grandfather after a three week stay in the hospital. Their caregiver Lily was patient, professional, and compassionate- allowing him to recover quickly. Setting up care happened very quickly, and the care planners and coordinators did a great job scheduling and developing a helpful care plan. I would recommend right at home to anyone looking for assistance with a loved one.
