Hardly anthing to purchase anymore. Such as: frozen dinners, margarine, cakes, BREAD, eggs..you know, normal stuff..Most shelving removed, mostly just chips and other junk food....Fridges are almost exclusively pop.Will NEVER go back again unless I'll be redeeming AirMiles for fuel...

Cashier wouldn’t accept my ID for lotto although I have been served by other cashiers at this location a number of other times. My ID clearly stated that I was of age and was not expired and yet he turned it down for no reason, just stating that he didn’t feel comfortable? Felt very rude and unprofessional.

Got double charged $50 for gas, called and told them offering to provide my bank statement as proof. They cashier on call told me the manager would refund and he did not, so I called them again and again and he kept making excuses that manager forgot or manager was busy.After three weeks I just called my bank and got refunded , this is just to warn y'all that they do double charge and they do not refund. So keep track of your statements.I recommend to steer clear of this gas station.

$1.39 for regular fuel and all the squeegee stations have them filled up with fresh water..I checked all of them tonight. For that price can you go back to using windshield washer fluid please?

Misleading pricing. On the price board it said $1.53 and at the pump it was $1.66. Me and couple other customers complained but the cashier was clueless to do anything about it. Check before you buy from here.

Staff member was very sketchy! I purchased a visa gift card and after taking my money the clerk told me it didn’t activate properly so we would have to try on the other cash register and that I would have to make the purchase again over there and he would refund the other one. So we put through the payment on the second till and again the card did not activate at which point I said I’ll just take a refund please. He said ohh well I can’t refund back to your card, only in cash but I only have 60 dollars, can you cone back later. To which I said absolutely not, I know you can refund me through the moneris, he said he didn’t know how. He then said again I’ll give you 60 you come back later. I said, you’re telling me you have 2cash registers and you only have 60 dollars? This is a SHELL gas station like clearly something sketchy is going on. I said I’m not leaving without my refund. Show me your cash register. He then was like ohh wait wait I do have enough to refund you. He then proceeded to quickly refund me and try and get me out of the store. Very odd dealings going there. Tried to call shell to warn them

May 5 2018, 5:30 pmWent to this place to prepay for gas with my air miles.the guy on the cash kept on talking on his phone, ignoring me and other customers. When he finally started my transaction, he just said my air miles card isn't working. I asked what's the error and he just ignored that and continued his phone conversation! I went back, filled up and came back to pay. This time, it worked! (Even this time, he was on his phone call)Later, from another shell location down the street, the cashier told me that air miles redemption only works for a pay after fill transaction. This guy didn't even bother to tell me that as he was busy talking to his friend on the phone!I felt really insulted and have never experienced this kind of customer service from a shell location ever before! I actually go to shell because their customer service and product quality is usually superior compared to other places. But this place is just the opposite!!I'll never be going to this place anymore and you also better take your business somewhere else. The other shell location down the street on Franklin and Pinebush has lower prices. I'll be going there.

I always fill my gas here. Today i went and one employee was working there. I think he is new i have never seen him before.I just said $20 rugular gas and he charge me something else and said i have to give refund then i paid again.After that i went to fill gas , the gas was not coming after payment.I went back to him then he said i think i charge you wrong. Again he gave me refund.At end, i left with without filling gas. I got so frustrated with this dumb employee who don't know how to charge for gas.Our whole family is using this gas station as this close to our house. But now we are not gonnacome back again.Hope you guys gave them proper training before giving them shift.
