Booking experience was unfortunately horrible. Was given wrong information 5 separate times by staff regarding amount of people allowed on pontoon boat rentals. Would have shown up ready for a day of fun based on the info provided only to be turned away if it weren’t for a chance phone call and triple checking. Wrong doing on their part was admitted however we had to cancel our plans leaving my kids greatly disappointed as everywhere else was fully booked at that point. I suggest if you are booking you speak directly with the manager to avoid disappointment.

I highly recommend this marina for boat rentals. The reservation system is reliable, the boats are in very good condition, and the engines are economical, reliable, electric start 4 stroke Suzukis. I took a bunch of beginners fishing for the first time and it was nice to have a good boat to take them out in. And Liam was very helpful and pleasant.

Some very nice staff personnel,very helpful when I called in for late check in cleaning stall very helpful. There are maintained problems that need to be taken care of. Over all it was a great stay and am planing on being back.

This place is great!! I brought my boat motor here to be assessed after some wiring burned up. They were very prompt in looking at it, very honest, polite and courteous. They also did not even charge me for looking at my motor!! Thank you so much for the great experience!! Very highly recommended and I will definitely be doing business here again!!

Very friendly staff that go above and beyond for their customers. I called today to see if they had taken our boat from storage and launched it so we could use it this weekend. I was told that unfortunately they were extremely busy and were not able to launch it yet but would try next week. No big deal, I was looking forward to using the boat the following week. Later in the day I had received a voicemail letting me know that our boat was in the water, ready to go. Thanks to Loughborough Lake Marina staff for your excellent customer service, you guys are awesome !!

Honest and super helpful. Went way above and beyond for me and my family today. Dropped my boat off yesterday for repairs. Was told MAYBE he could look at it on Friday, likely not until the following week. No problem, I was expecting to wait. Next morning Scott calls and tells me my boat is fixed. Amazing. I go down to grab it and he drops everything to explain what he did and what I can do to prevent similar problems in the future. Finally, came down to the dock and spent even more time with me making sure I was doing everything right. Highly recommend

I recommend against dealing with this business. The management is untrustworthy. First, after a breakdown and wasted trip, they gave us a written credit for a free full-day rental. Then we returned, showed them the credit, and took out a pontoon boat. 45 minutes after departing, with half of our party in the lake swimming, they telephoned, explaining they had decided against honouring the voucher.
