A Lavish Affair

Right from our initial consultation meeting, A Lavish Affair was amazing and provided beautiful florals and decor for our wedding. Nataly was great throughout the whole process, she is honest and will give you her professional opinion. Right from the start we trusted her creativity and couldn't wait to see our florals and decor on our wedding.We were a covid wedding so we had to postpone our wedding one full year but ALA was amazing throughout the whole situation. We did not have to pay extra, prices did not go up from our original contract and they wanted to continue working with us of course. Their customer service was great especially considering that their business was hurt during covid too so we are very grateful for that.My bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets looked better than i ever could have imagined along with our families corsages and boutineers. And our center pieces looked so stunning. I am soo so happy with all the work ALA did for us and would definitely recommend!

We had ALA manage all our florals and some other decor pieces for our wedding in July and working with Nataly was amazing.Not only is she friendly and easy to work with, she actually cares and remembers every aspect of your wedding when you chat. We originally looped in with her December 2018 and from the moment we signed with her, she was hands on, remembered every aspect of our day, had great and affordable recommendations and was super transparent about costs and timing.She was on our team from the very beginning, we never felt like she was trying to scam us out of more money (which we felt with a lot of other vendors), and genuinely had our best interest at heart.Bonus, she showed up on our wedding day with a bubble tea drink for me. If that doesn't paint a picture for you on how much she cares, I don't know what will.

Working with Nataly has been a dream!! When it was time to start planning my wedding, decor was the most stressful part for me. I had no idea what I wanted or where to start. Nataly took the time to get to know me, my likes and dislikes and started understanding the vision and look I was trying to achieve. What I loved most about working with her, was she was blunt and straightforward. I had no idea what would look good together and what wouldn’t, and many other vendors in the wedding business were quick to say “yes” to all my crazy ideas l, even though they knew it would look horrible, but anything to make a quick buck. Nataly always gave me her opinion, and even helped save me money from the outrages things I thought I wanted, even though that meant jeopardizing some money she could have easily made.The day of my wedding she went above and beyond- she paid such close attention to detail and did things that the hall should have been responsible for.Overall in this entire process, I feel as if I gained a friend. She spent countless hours texting me, letting me vent, send pictures and discuss ideas all in the days leading up to my wedding.I cannot wait to use her again for my upcoming events in the future!Thank you Nataly!! I found ALA through a facebook group and was so happy I did! Their showroom is super cute, and Nataly was awesome to work with. There were no issues whatsoever, and she is incredibly responsive and had no issues making last minute changes to our order since I could never make up my mind!! We found really unique decor that totally went with our theme and I was so happy with the end result!

Nataly was amazing. From the first time I inquired, Nataly was so prompt, helpful and informative. She was professional throughout the whole process and that made me ease my mind and didn't worry at any point. Our sweetheart table was better than what I had envisioned. The centerpieces were set up just as she promised. Everything was perfect. After the reception is the only time I worried as I wanted to make sure they got everything back in good condition.

I was drawn to her sense of humour and how honest she was - she would literally make suggestions to try and save me money. In the wedding industry, it's hard to find vendors who won't try to upsell you or get more money out of you - Nataly is one in a million. When the pandemic hit in 2020, we had to postpone and Nataly was super accommodating. We've actually had several postponements and were finally able to get married in July 2022. Nataly was the ONE vendor I never worried about leading up to the wedding day. She was always so responsive and communicative. I can't explain it but I just trusted her with my vision; I let her work her magic and didn't feel the need to 'stay on top' of her. She is exactly what you'd want and need for your wedding day. We were blown away by the decor. Everyone commented on how beautifully decorated the venue was and how gorgeous the flowers were. She executed our vision perfectly and made our day so special.We also got the photobooth and it was a huge hit! A Lavish Affair has the BEST photobooth, hands down. The photos are excellent quality and you can get full-sized prints that come out immediately!Through A Lavish Affair, we also hired DJ Lanners and he was amazing. He did the music for our ceremony as well. Our guests raved about the music at our wedding.You seriously can't go wrong hiring Nataly. It was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She and her team are so professional and reliable; the best in the industry.

We found Nataly at A Lavish Affair through our planner (Claudia Cole) and the two of them worked pure magic on our wedding day. She was straightforward, professional, and obviously very talented.We didn’t really have specific details of what we wanted (we can barely tell a peony from a rose), so we just sent them a few pictures and told them to do what they thought would be nice and they absolutely blew us away. Everything was perfect – from the florals on the ceremony arch, candles, bouquets, centerpieces, dessert table, card box – it was more than we ever could have imagined, and our guests kept complimenting us on the décor all night. They were also so thoughtful and creative with helping us stay on budget and very transparent with pricing through the whole process.Nataly also has a great sense of humor - when we told her one of our main course options was a beef/chicken duo, she designed a half-cow/half-chicken logo for our place cards that had everyone giggling – we actually saved one of the acrylic place cards for our photo album as it’ll always give us a chuckle.Thank you, Nataly, for helping make our day so perfect, we are so grateful for professionals like you and can’t wait to recommend you to everyone we know.
