This place is a disaster all the time we go often to this location for commodity (Milton), for now a. Whole year round this place has looked like this and sometimes worst than this.I get it they are probably overwhelmed with the amount of product they try to put everywhere but still they should try to organize it better or have more personal to address this issue.

Worst customer service experience ever .pickup stuff to perches and cashier says it’s not on 25% off . Sign was wrong manager said but displays was right . She refused to give me for that price . went back again to pickup different stuff . Stand long Line to cash out and same thing again. Manager call again went back to show her price as advertised . She was so rude and unprofessionally not explain and walk away to totally ignore me . Start taking to other employees. Call again to solve the issue but totally ignore me and my brother. If store manager can read this please show your staff how to be professional . She start to yelling at us and saying leave my store . Instead to fixing wrong advertisement and not give customer a good service .stand what you advertisement .Lady name simranjeet . Totally unprofessional and rude.. don’t recommend it to go to this place at all .

Poor Management specially ManagerI want to put a light on an incident happen yesterday 12/13/2022 around 7:30pm in front of me, where I witnessed a conversation going on in between a customer and a manager. Where a customer was just complaining about poor customer service because the manager was actually being rude and then all of the sudden in a normal conversation, Manager called security on the customer. I’m writing this here because it was a normal conversation not a fight not even an argument and customer got harassed for Nothing. So if this happens at Gap I really don’t wanna go back there again where i don’t feel safe !!Thank

They have huge variety and easily all sizes are available.... highly recommended place..

Cashier assertively demands for phone no. before purchase which I found it shouldn't be pushed as its private information and there is not need for disclosing it.0 customet service.

Good selection, on sizes and prices are amazing… just need to be mindful , as sometimes there are discrepancies between prices listed on the shelfs vs what there is loaded on the system. I bought some jeans for $29, but when It was scanned called for a way higher price. I told the cash register and she corrected it. Easy to miss when buying multiple things

Factory outlet so one can get clothes in good price

It was unbearably busy in Gap when we went in. We did go during their outlet sales weekend promotion so I imagine the service would have been better if they staff weren’t under so much stress and overwhelmed by loads of people. It was hard to point out a staff member, as there were so many people in. Their sales were okay, nothing too crazy.

!!!!!!WORST PLACE EVER TO SHOP!!!!VERY RUDE AND OFFENSIVE MANAGERDATE OF SHOPPING - 13th Dec 2022TIME OF SHOPPING - 7PM - 8PMI've never been this humiliated in my life, today i was shopping with my wife and i ask Gap employee(MANAGER) a question about kids jacket about material & Size, she replied very rudely that all the sizes and material information are on the cloths itself all i have to do is look deep, then i made a selection and walk to the front counter where i found the same manager, and then usually at counter employees ask for if we are the member of gap loyalty or we are carrying any discount card or if we need the bag. But she just said my total is $50 and some change so i asked her what the actual price on the item, she didn't understand then i said whats the real price on the item before discount so she replied VERY RUDELY ONCE AGAIN that you don't say real price or actual price you say original price and discounted price. And then after getting humiliated second time i told her that there is no need to be rude and she replied that I'm being unreasonable asking her so many questions and suddenly she as me if i have more item if not then i can leave the store. I said this is no way to talk so i want to see the manger or supervisor, she replied that she is the manager and she don't wanna register my complaint she literally threatened me to call 911 and within a sec she dialed to someone and start giving my description.MY QUESTION TO GAP IS -What kind of customer service is this ?We are paying money to buy stuff from your store and you are humiliating us?Why a manager is not responsible and polite ?If a manger is being rude and unreasonable then who is watching them ?If I'm not being abusive, voilent or didn't damaged your property why an employee called security or police only just to humiliate me infront of others or to shut me ?!!!!!!!!!!ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ??
