The pool is typically 32°, which is far warmer than any other pool in Calgary. For this reason, it's very popular for babies and children taking lessons. There isn't a kiddie pool, just the main pool which is 2.5' to 6' deep. This facility caters to people with special needs so it's definitely wheelchair friendly.

The best pool for babies, kids, and the whole family. Very friendly, caring stuff. Who will call you to tell that the pool is closed some days? Appreciate that care from them a lot. We forgot a couple of items, and they were always found. Super warm water for babies kids, and the best place in town. Thank you Vecova

It's such a wonderful learning experience to my son Gabriel who scared to water becoming love the water so much! On his first class he couldn't wait to wake up and enter his sea otter class with Brendon, he was amazing swimming coach, he is very passionate and pattience to teach all the kids in the water. This winter he enrolled to swim kids 1 with Teresa, she is also amazing swimming coach with positive attitude and always encourage the kids to try and swim better. I couldn't think another swimming class than vecove even it's so hard to get the spot ; ). See you in next swimming class.

A wonderful pool and great facility for those who have limited mobility.My child attends a program there that’s based in one of the gyms and there’s a lot of children with special needs attending this program as well as spectators… right now with the heat most places havethe air conditioning cranked which is wonderful but it is very warm in the gym and with the fans going it definitely doesn’t help much… so I’m just wondering if it’s possible to do some thing differently because a lot of these special-needs kiddos are very uncomfortable when overheated
