bad quality liars unreliable, be aware they will sell you second hand products all damaged, i bought my products from them promised shipping never did, even thought they charged me shippinng.. year later i had to rent my own truck and pick them up myself wont return money back even thought out of stock for over a year, stay away from them bunch of crooks and thieves

Noticed this new showroom as I was driving by shopping for my client's renovation. Was surprised to see that they had everything you needed. Already purchased the Engineered Hardwood floor and my client will be coming in this week to choose the doors, tiles and vanities. Great place. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't ever do business with this company or any of their sister company again. For me it's all about customer Service and honesty, two traits this company lacks. I purchased an item from them and I would have to wait 3 days to pick it up, Ok I was willing to do that. Well 3 days came and went and not so much as a phone call, so I called and left a message..no one returned my call, so I called and called and called and called only this time the message center was full and couldn't take my message, ya maybe from the lack of customer service. To make a long story short I finally got a resolution either wait 3 weeks or get a refund? You can guess what I chose. I honestly wouldn't recommend them at all, there are similar places that are willing to offer better customer service and keep you in the loop if there are issues. On a positive note Moe S. was cordial and instantly refunded me my money.

So far my experience has been bad. Called several times and no answer, I wanted to check stock... showed up and they didn't have any doors that i wanted, then tried to sell me on this other in stock. If I wanted he could have ordered it in but it cam take 1-2 days, wait nevermind he said he can't. Started helping another customer.Bye

Visited this location to see options and then emailed them to inquire about ordering a bathroom vanity. Their responses were quick and professional to start. I was ready to place my order but noticed they have a Price Match Guarantee on their website. I was able to find the same vanity I wanted at 2 other stores for about $100 cheaper and when I inquired about the price match and sent links to the cheaper stores, I got no response and was ghosted. So just beware that it seems like they don't actually have a price match guarantee - totally shady! They also charge $119 for delivery which is insane to me! I happily went to Toronto Vanity and had a great experience and got an even better price in store, saved about $200 in the end.

Great customer service! Lots of selection of doors, and beautiful tile options that are current and in style!! Loved the Etobicoke location and easy to find/ park. Highly recommended!
