I had a beautiful experience. The atmosphere was both peaceful and lively at the same time. Sherene, Mariam and some nice ladies at the salon ensured that I felt very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. My box braids turned out awesome. I love it!

It was my first time coming to get my hair done at Hair Palace and they did great. I needed to get my hair done for a last minute trip and I called all over the city. When I called Hair Palace, they gave me a sameday appointment, started on my hair within minutes of me entering the salon. I got a bob weave done, with a closure and I love it. Mariam and all the stylist keep the salon lively and full of jokes! I had a great experience and will come back again. Btw, I live in St Albert and I am glad that I made the 45min drive to the Hair Palace!!

I have shopped at this store several times and had my daughter’s hair done a multiple times as well. My daughters are mixed and I am white. It’s been a challenge to learn about the right products and how and where to get their hair done. I am consistently over charged, told I need more hair extensions than I do and the pricing I get for my daughters hair isn’t the same as other clients who go here. I feel taken advantage of despite my consistent support of a local business.

This was my second visit to Hair Palace. Sherene did my hair. She was absolutely exceptional! She knows her job and her clients. She was kind, welcoming and very funny. The entire set up at this salon is amazing. I am definitely going to return to this salon. If you looking for amazing hairstyles, pleasant personalities and a light and bright space, this is the place to go.

I came in to look for curly hair extensions for myself but i asked the nice lady helping me (I'm sorry I forgot your name) about bringing my curly 4yo in for a hair cut. She suggested I see Shanica. I messaged Shanica on IG and explained my daughter has autism and lots of sensitivities around her hair and head. We booked an appointment for a curly cut & Shanica was incredible! She took her time and my daughter was comfortable washing, combing, cutting and even drying! Everyone in the salon was smiling and kind to us. Thank you so much for such an awesome experience everyone.I highly recommend this group of ladies.

I can only say great things about this place, I had my hair done here and it’s been 1 month and it’s still attach to my roots braiding is still good. You well neve get bored at all everyone is amazing, sweet. The store has everything you need you won’t miss a thing. I highly recommend getting your hair done here honestly. Pricing is so good my girl even let me off when I didn’t have an extra 15 for tax on me. Good people over all.

Had my locs retightened using the interloc method. I was happy with the end result. The salon was clean, well lit, and busy. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and made light humorous conversation throughout the appointment.

I am very picky with my hair and where I go to get my hair done. But I tell you, the moment I stepped into this salon almost 11 years ago, it felt like home. Very professional experience from day one. The hairdressers are great, kind, loving, easy going, professionals at what they do and most of all, when they are done with your hair, you leave happy. Sanitation is very important to me and they take it seriously! I strongly recommend that if you are looking for a salon or hairdressers, this is the place to go! Hair Palace Beauty Supply is the place for excellent quality service.

So I have been to several places, but this by far was the best experience. The ladies squeezed me in the last minutes. I told them what I was looking for and they succeed my expectations. I walked in andWas greeted with a friendly demeanour.We laughed, we joked, and had great conversation. The pricing was less than expected and they gave me tips andTricks on how to take care of my hair. The establishment was clean and you can tell they cared. I am very picky and I don’t even have one complaint. From the selection of hair, braiding of hair, I walked out feeling amazing. Thank you ladies and I’ll see you soon.
