Used Jay for my Christmas party at work last year and my staff went crazy for the food, so good I called Jay to cater my 40th birthday party! His food is 2nd to none and even more impressive than the food is his professionalism and upbeat personality. Would highly recommend Hybrid Kitchen to anyone for any type of function.

I have hired Justin from Hybrid Kitchen to cook for a barbeque for a work function. We ordered steak ,peas and rice , penne pasta with rose sauce ,Greek salad and Asian salad . Food was delicious ,steaks tender and cooked to order ,there was also plenty to eat which I love when having a work function .I have also enjoyed his wraps . My husband and myself also have ordered meals for the freezer , all we have had to do was thaw and reheated in the microwave and they were delicious .Justin also made me a lovely curry sauce to bring home for mussels which is so delicious, I can hardly wait till we more. Staff were friendly and efficient. The Korean short ribs were delicious!! Super convenient food prep option and the price was right for the quality
