From start to finish, Mike with Seibold Construction made the process of replacing our roof and gutters seamless. He took the time to understand the issues we were having and explain how they would solve them, and provided an easy to understand estimate.Jason, the foreman, was very knowledgeable, polite and took great pride in his work as if he and his team were working at their own house. His magnificent work with new trim pieces helped beautify issues that seemed to have no solution. Even through the rainy spring we had, Mike and Jason ensured that our roof was water tight at the end of each shift and came back as soon as the weather broke to finish our work.Fast and quality work for a reasonable price. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to anyone!

They did such a great job that I had my roof done earlier this year. Excellent workmanship and clean-up. They replaced the wood for two leaking areas without extra charge. I called on 8/25 & Mike came out that very afternoon to check out my roof. On 8/27 a crew came out & installed vents along the eaves, sealed an area at the peak of the roof & closed off the old cable vents. Within a few hours the job was done! The crew were very professional, polite & left the workspace; in tip top shape. I will definitely be calling them again for other projects. 5 stars isn't enough of a rating.

Made an appointment for an estimate with Mike and he did not show up or call to reschedule.

After getting the run around from a big name company and ignored, I came across Mike’s vehicle and decided to give him a call. I’m beyond thrilled that I did! That same day Mike came out and did an in depth estimate that was very fair. I could tell Mime knew his stuff and was not the pushy salesman type. I had some issues with insurance but Mike spoke with them the next day and everything was perfect. Less than two weeks later my job was completely done. Mike was constantly checking in on us as well as sent pictures of the job in progress. If you are looking for honest, hard working, trustworthy people with no B.S. call Mike and his crew. I will certainly call on them again and refer them to anyone I can.

They did a total tear off and replacement of my roof. It continues to leak. They keep promising to come back out I have failed to do so!Update: The owner had someone come out to take a look at the roof. They stated they sealed the roof vent and that should resolve the issue because everything else was tight. I appreciate that he finally had someone come out.

Excellent! CANNOT say anything less. Mike explained what is involved in a tear-off and install a new roof, showed samples, and the quality of the material,. Jason and his Crew Used Tarps on Landscape, Plywood to cover windows,and used excellent care on the property.The Crew was so good my Wife provided Lunch, cold water, and Lemonade. The extras like spraying the chimney, removing and replacing upper shutters, meant so much to me because I am a double amputee, and unable to do it.. Thanks to Mike and his Crew for a FanttasticJob. In addition, they wrapped the Ice shield behind the gutters, and added inside hangers in the gutters before rehabbing them. Very Proud to tell people that Leakmaster Roofing Installed our new Roof
