Horrible job! Didn’t ask if i wanted to cut my nails and just did it messing up my nail shape, didn’t clean around the nail before placing in the gel machine! Didn’t file nor cleaned my little toes! Came back the next day to get it fixed and they left my toes just as bad!! Not a fan of complaining or reviews but this is ridiculous for $45

First time in my life that I witnessed as a guy a lady's nails getting done. My daughter & I went. She had beautiful polished nails when done & the lady who did the work was really polite and fast!

I called before arriving to see if they had time for a pedicure. Guy on the phone says yes. Upon arrival, I sit with my feet in the water for over an hour and a half before anyone starting my pedicure. While getting my pedicure done, the lady cut BOTH of my heels, did a subpar job with the painting and was hitting my feet when she wanted them to go back into the water vs asking or directing so. Worst experience of my life.

Zero professionalism....not one tool was sanitized, they cut my cuticles and filed my nails and just popped them right back in the drawer. So much dysfunction - my tech forgot to put a top coat on my left hand. Nobody knew who was next or where to pay. Utter chaos and uncleanliness. Really hope I don't end up with a staph infection. My nails are a little sloppy due to my tech being distracted by the customer screaming that her dogs need to soak in hot water bc they walk with Jesus." Most bizarre experience I've ever had in a nail shop."

Talk about bad service ! This is the place for It . Walk in to my nails done… I wait 25 minutes. I get my acrylic filled yet I have to wait 45 minutes to get them painted… the lady in charge of painting is doing eyebrow wax and painting peoples nails by choice not in order and then tells me it’s $40 to leave with no paint on my nails after waiting for almost an hour just for paint …. Paint and nail length is additional to the nail set price ..
