We have been coming to this Global location for a number of year and have always had a fantastic experience! Today I went in to pick up kibble for all three of our dogs and Heather took the time out of her day to go over so many different aspects of pet food when I was looking for a senior formula for our dogs and just looking at new food for our large dog. She was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She must have spent over 30 minutes chatting with me and answering all of my questions, I am so grateful!

Very knowledgable with products and pet concerns. They are always ready to help. I've tried other stores that were closer to home but end up back at Global. It's worth the little extra distance, because they go the distance for all their customers

Love this store. The staff is super friendly and very patient as we were trying to find the right food for our extremely picky dog. Very knowledgeable. Never have to wait for assistance. I found their pricing better than another local chain.

I am totally impressed with this location. I was looking for a specific food and was told that they didn't have it in the store but could order it in for me. I asked for something comparable and the gentleman knew his stuff for sure. I was given a few different options and brands. It is a little overwhelming when you have to go and look at all the different foods and try and find the right one. Loved the fact that this wasn't the case in this store. Every question was answered and I am very pleased with the service I received. I was also told that they had a money back guarantee. If your pup doesn't like the food after trying you can bring it back for a refund. AMAZING!!!!

Have been buying our dog food from this Global location for years with excellent service.We have been buying CaniSource dehydrated red meat dog food for a couple of years with no problems (very expensive food).We’ve had both our dogs develope serious gastro problems the last couple of months and switched to another brand and protein which cured the problem.Had a 10K unopened box left over and gave it to a friend trainer/ dog border and her 5 dogs all started getting sick and she has disposed of this food.Don’t know if this was a batch problem or recipe/sourcing issue, but would advise to stay away from this product. Did the extra humid summer and unsealed bag cause moisture related bacteria…don’t know.This is a CaniSource issue and doesn’t reflect on Global’s excellent support and service.
