The best location of A&W in my opinion. I believe it may be family run or at least partly. Eitherway it's usually the same staff and they are amazing!! The team themselves make the location and leave a wonderful lasting impression. I've always enjoyed the food and here it's served accurate and quick by friendly people. Very much recommend this one!! Working and living closest to it, it's the one I've gone to the most and it never falters.

Staff handling food with their BARE HANDS! Like, doing a bunch of stuff, no washing of hands then straight to handling food. Ugh. So gross! I took a video but can’t seem to post it here.

I ordered online for delivery. The food showed and had no toppings. I walk over to the place and ask that this be resolved. I was told no. If I wanted the food, I was forced to purchase them again. I double confirmed that I had placed my order correctly, and they said there is nothing they can do for me. Its like a couple dollars, you couldn't just given me a replacement for the mix up? I did not eat the order I got, I brought it to the restaurant to show that I was not just trying to scam them. Also, I called roughly 10 times and no one answered. If I knew that there was nothing they could do for me I would not have walked over there in the first place but they absolutely refused to pick up the phone.

Nice staff and good service. There was a bit of a good up with my order but that was remedied very quickly. I kept in mind how busy this place was. The food was good always ask for extra seasoning salt on your onion rings. Overall good stuff.

Mall location good service food was good but considerably more expensive for breakfast plates than innes road location... classic is $1.30 more and all canadian also over a Dollar more.

Every single time I go to this location the onion rings are sold out. Lol manager should order more product.
