My son had his birthday party here and it was the most stress-free event I have ever held. All you have to bring are the kids! They provide everything - including the fun!

We had our daughters 9th birthday. The team was great. She loved it there. Would definitely recommend.

Best birthday ever. Came on Saturday for my sons party that my wife booked and they took care of everything. Friendly staff Husain was awesome and everything was well organized. I played in second game and had a blast the equipment they use is great fun and talks to you as you play. A great option for parties.

Went here on Saturday for a friends birthday party. We played 2 games. Good exercise, and we all had a lot of fun. The course was interesting and nicely painted.It would be nice if they had complimentary water or beer that you could purchase.I would go here again.

It's a lot of fun for everyone. Really busy. Easy to find, great location affordable. Good service and staff were helpful. Wish each game was a little longer, though. If you have to reschedule, they have the best policy. Wish hours of operations were better, since some school districts have extra days off, this would have been fun during the week at lunchtime.

Went there for the first time today. Will NEVER return. Rude staff and very unorganized. Paid over $500 for a birthday party with a party room and forced to stand around and wait until after the kids were done their 2 games of laser tag. Gave them less than 5 minutes between games so no one could use the washroom or have a drink of water. Super rushed. Finally get a party room and they forgot to order the pizza!! Had to wait almost an hour for that to show up. Terrible experience. Save your money, it’s not worth it!

Had a kids birthday party here. They were able to add a last minute addition to the group without issue. Party rooms are a good size, and pizza was brought in from Panago. We were on a fairly tight time frame and they were easily able to cater to that timeframe while still giving the kids breaks and they had a blast. There was only 1 person running the whole thing, from running the cash deal to getting everyone into the games. She was friendly, and professional

Awful experience. We were booked in for 11am arrival and 11:30 game start. The check in process was good, we confirmed the number of party members and 4 pizzas as noted in the emails above. We were called into to play 10-15 min late and explained that one of our party members may require some assistance who is partially deaf. One of the parents asked if they could stand by the entrance to the play area as the child might need assistance. The Manager told the parent that they could not remain by the entrance to offer help if needed and could go purchase a ticket if they wanted to stick around" and he has "cameras and does not need parents there". The parent replied that they would not return as it was not safe for this one member and the manager told her "no problem".After finishing the second game at 12:25 we were told that the pizza's were late. The manager stood outside the location waiting for the pizza. 3 pizza's arrived just before 1pm when parents were already there to take the children home from the party. Again the manager said this was out of his control even though this was part of the party package we booked. When we asked why there were only 3 pizza's when we confirmed

Absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve been there twice. First time was just my grandkids and me and today for Family Day with the whole crew. It’s so fun to see the enjoyment everyone has getting exercise while playing and not on phones or game systems! My new friend Chris, and his staff are amazing and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Only reason not a five star rating is I feel an observation room would be so nice for people to watch their kids play or for Grandmas that get tired!

Came for my son's birthday on a Wednesday. We were two adults and two children. Because it was Wednesday, we only paid for two of us. It cost $46 after tax. Unfortunately, bottled water was $3 each.Ruth served us. She was wonderful with our excesively hyper children. Ruth was extremely patient with us. She had a great sense of humour, and I would happily bring my family back here in part due to her service.
