As a Realtor I run into mould here and there, and I have now used this company twice and they are GREAT! So fast with coming out to give a quote, and I had the mould remediated within a day of getting my quote!! Great service.

It was a great experience working with Ontario Mould Specialist.They are very friendly specially Patty.Bruce and company did a good job in our basement,they leave the place clean and no work undone.Highly reccomended this company.

After the work was done, we noticed several spots were bleached out on our newly installed carpet, since the workers dripped chemicals as they did the job.Over the course of a month of back-and-forth (had to constantly email and call), the owner promised he would come out personally to see what had happened. He didn't...he sent someone else.After several emails, they finally agreed to reimburse us for the cost of the carpet repairs...but they quibbled over the dollar amount.Highly disappointed by the customer service at this company.

I had the most amazing service. I had just taken possession of my townhouse with a contractor coming in with his workers and immediately found mould in upper main bath, master bedroom and attic. We had two & 1/2 weeks to complete major renovations so I called Ontario Mould Specialists. They immediately sent someone out that afternoon to give me a quote & explain the procedure which was to have everyone out of the house while spraying and which also meant no work being done. They were very sympathetic & due to timeframe of work being done had a worker out the very next day. The worker took the time afterwards to chat with us & explain what had been done, the warranty on the work and was very professional. I would highly recommend this company anytime.
