Wow, what a great experience! Bill and Jeanie are amazing people. My fiance and I decided to have a last minute wedding and they worked their magic to make our order on time. Quick to respond and always pleasant to talk to.Everything we ordered is top quality. Being my Kilt/flashes/belt, my fiances sash, and our handfasting ribbon as well as a quaich. I was even pleasantly surprised to see the extra fabric was sent to us as well.I can't recommend this company enough.Thank you so much you two!

I always have a great experience when I go to the Highland Shoppe. Siblings Billy and Jeanie are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have fixed my bagpipes countless times and always in a timely manner. I've bought two kilts from their store and I wear them all the time. They fit well and look lovely. Sometimes I just pop up there to visit and there's always a warm hello from the two of them and maybe a fellow piper to talk to as well as their store is always alive with customers and friends. I will continue to talk about the delightful experience of visiting their store to anyone who asks and bring friends and family their so that they can experience it for themselves.

For some reason Google calls it a jewelery store. Widely inaccurate. They have bagpipes for beginners and experts, kilts custom made or generic rental, and yes some clan jewelry. View from the front door is amazing.

Wonderful customer service and impressive selection. I've ordered products online and the delivery was very prompt. Had the pleasure of shopping in-store last week and Bill was incredibly helpful in finding just the right product to meet my piping needs. 100% will be back and recommend The Highland Shoppe to anyone looking for piping supplies or Highland attire.

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. Bill & Jeanie are great ambassadors of the bagpipe community. I had my Ross bag split on Wednesday evening & called Bill for help. On Thursday, Bill took time from the busy shop to put on a new bag & ensure all was good as I had to play for the Calgary ANZAC Day Thursday evening. Thank you Bill & Jeanie you serve us well.
