We recently moved into our new home and could not be happier with the entire experience Priva Homes provided from start to finish!!! From the second I walked into my new home I could tell that so much attention and detail went into creating it. This developer seriously goes above and beyond when it comes to design, details, materials and all that goes into building a home. You can tell that they have years of experience in the industry and a team that loves what they do. Even throughout the pandemic, Priva Homes finished our new build on time with no delays and kept us updated throughout. I cannot thank you enough for creating such a beautiful home for us to live in.

The builder does not respond to warranty emails. Schedule the warranty repairs for 2 months later date but cancel them last minute or no show. I have 30 day warranty items not finished till today (got the possession on mar 2021). Lot of the home owners on the block has experienced similar problems. Be prepared to work on the house you buy from this builder.
