I got my PVC fence installed by OP Fence yesterday and I can comfortably recommend this company to anyone.One thing that stood out to me the most was the staff's level of professionalism. Jamie always replied to my emails promptly (usually within a few hours), and the co-owner Emily actually came to check the site and answered my questions in-person.I had to wait approximately 2 months for the installation which was actually sooner than their initial estimate. That was certainly a pleasant surprise.The installation was done over the course of 2 days. A crew of 3 workers spent the first day removing the existing chain link fence and erecting new fence posts. The fence posts were then stabilized with concrete the same day.The rest of the PVC fence was built the next day by 2 other crew members once the concrete hardened.Everything was done immaculately and all crew members were quite friendly and diligent.As part of the contract, I requested my shed to be rotated 90 degrees. Although it was an unusual request (given that the company specializes in building fences and decks), they accepted the challenge and I was happy with the result!I believe their PVC fences are supplied by All Season Fencing and it's all made in Canada. It appears to be good quality and its also fairly scratch-resistant.Overall, I'm very happy with Jamie and his crew's work and I will definitely be calling them again for building a new deck in the near future.

Great company, great people, great workers. Though the communication within their company could improve.From the gentleman who sold me the fence work order, who came to my house with no trouble. To the Email guy, who was prompt but who asked me if I wanted to start putting my fence down late-winter (Didn't know you could do that, so I had to do some research. Being advised it's a thing would have been helpful), to the guys who actually installed the fence. Whom did a GREAT job, installers were probably the best, most understanding, and easiet guys to have work for your money.They could all stand to communicate when each other, a little better. But all in all. Great fence!

In reply to the owner's response below: While we understand what you are saying about the vinyl fencing limitations, this wasn't communicated to us during quoting. We were told there would be no issue with building it the way we wanted which is why we chose your company. Nor was it communicated that parts of the fence are on back order. Please understand that that is the discrepancy that created the disappointment. In terms of the extra panel, we were told it was needed after the rest of the panels were installed so there wasn't really anything for us to do than to agree to the extra cost and the waiting for extra parts. We really think that better communication and transparency during the quoting process would prevent similar situations with your clients in the future.Overall we are not very happy with our experience with them. First of all there is a disconnect between what was promised during quoting and the result. We were told the fence would go all the way to the ground and it doesn’t. While we understand the workers encountered some limitations, this shouldn’t had been promised during quoting. Second the measurements were off and there wasn’t enough material to build the fence. We had to wait for more material to come in and we are still waiting for caps on the fence posts to be added (we were told they are on backorder but weren’t informed that was the case during quoting). The workers are polite and generally do a good job, but there is miscommunication and misinformation.

Initially, Ontario Provincial Fence was recommended to me by one of my neighbors. They replaced a stone planter box that had collapsed with one made with wooden landscape ties. That was 2 years ago and it still looks great.Recently I contacted them to fence in part of the backyard for my new puppy. From the time of my initial call, to the day the fence was installed was 2 weeks (which included the Easter Holiday weekend.) Jamie is easy to communicate with and his crews have been professional.

A great company with great service. Superb attention to detail. Saw the installers continually checking and rechecking the post sto make sure they were perfectly level etc. Got our fence done ahead of schedule. Love our new fence. Highly recommended. A+++

Great service. They were prompt, very responsive and easy to communicate with. They took the time to understand our needs and to explain the process to us. All of the people working on the install were lovely despite working through some very bad weather.Highly highly recommend this business.

Last fall, my wife and I contracted OPF to build a 10 x 16 ft. ground level PVC deck in our backyard upon which we would build a gazebo. Unfortunately, due to supply chain issues, the deck could not be built right away and had to be put off until the spring. As soon as we saw our first robin, and even before all the snow was gone, Jamie contacted us and was ready to do the work. His crew was on site within just a few days and the entire deck was built in only two days. The crew was always on time, efficient, courteous, hard working and wasted no time at all in getting the job done. As in any construction project, there were some unforeseen problems that arose. The boys were not at all stumped. They were very innovative and resourceful in dealing with these problems. They instituted some very clever solutions and every little problem was resolved to our total satisfaction. We are very pleased with the result and we will certainly hire OPF again in the very near future. We would like to thank Jamie, Mark, and the gang for their fine work.

Sometimes a fence is more than just something that separates a property line. Sometimes the right fence can make your life a whole lot better. I live in downtown Kingston, next door to a 3 bdrm rental property with 9 tenants owned by an absent landlord" who doesn't care who he rents to as long as he collects the rent money. After months of being subjected to loud verbal abuse for no reason

I really must give a shout out to this family owned business. We contracted them to put up a new fence in our backyard. It was no easy task as our backyard has quite the steep incline. The different teams of workmen were all very courteous.Everyone was so nice to work with. We have had lots of compliments on our new fence and we ourselves are just loving it. Thank you Jamie & Emily it has been a pleasure to do business with you both.

I replaced an old fence with a PVC one. Towards the end, I also asked them if they can readjust the fence post on the other side as task #2, they did it no problem.This company is local too. Very happy with the experience so far!#supportlocal
