I’ve been to a few hearing specialists and Kathy is by far the best one around. She is kind and compassionate and knowledgeable in her field. Highly recommend her practice to anyone looking for an honest, kind, knowledgeable audiologist!

They really take the time to make you feel welcome. They go over and above to fit you in for an appointment that suits your busy schedule.Been a few times now, will not go anywhere else.

Is over the moon happy with the service I received by the girls that work at Hitchons Hearing Centre every tome I have to go in. They went above and beyond for me to make me feel just as important as the next person. They are trying their very best during this difficult time that we as a world are being made a custom to and they are doing it with smiles on their faces every day.Thank you ladies for my new equipment you have made my job as a mom, my work environment and home/social life so much better. At my age 6 years ago and I am 42 now this was not an easy pill to swallow but you made it very comfortable then and even more comfortable the second time around by looking into all options and offers for me to function even better in life!Cheers ladies your awesome!

Great service, friendly atmosphere reasonably priced.

Kathy went above and beyond for me, on a very difficult day. She was recommended to my by a health care professional, and took my call immediately. She stayed late, after office hours to accommodate me the same day, and met me with open arms and a warm smile. She is quite honestly one of the kindest, most compassionate, honest people you will ever meet. I felt at ease, and so comfortable around her. I wish I could give Kathy and the business 100 stars, but even that would not be enough. Thank you so much ❤️

Amazing Staff, Absolutely fantastic

Extremely satisfied with the initial testing and hearing aid fitment visits. The ongoing aftercare offered by Katherine and her staff in Trenton makes it an enjoyable experience each time. The personable front office staff are helpful and caring. Highly recommend for your hearing support.

I have had really bad experiences with wax removal but this place is amazing. What was normally a painful process for me in the past is all laughs and smiles now. They are super gentle and always check in to make sure you're not in pain. I always feel 100 times better after my appointments here!! Highly recommend, they are super friendly so even if you just have a question or want them to check something quick, pop in, they are always more than happy to help!

Kathy was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond and you can tell she loves her job and has so much compassion for her clients. After my hearing test she thoroughly explained to me what everything meant and made many recommendations to help with tinnitus so that I had options going forward and felt comfortable with the suggestions before leaving. I recommend this place to anyone needing hearing services. Absolutely amazing people and service
