Rich's Auto Clinic & All Hours
I was headed back home after a visit to Oregon when my water pump gave out and left me stranded on the side of the road in heavy snow. I got a tow into Ontario with someone else, but I would have done better to call them directly, as it would have saved me some money. They were extremely friendly and personable. Under other circumstances, I think I would have enjoyed spending some time just hanging out and talking with them. They got everything repaired by the next morning, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. I'd say it was probably the best service and most honest mechanic I've ever encountered. If you find yourself in need of repair and/or towing in the Ontario area, I don't think you can do any better.

This shop has always been an excellent resource! recently got our truck in on a Saturday morning and radiator replaced to get us on the road. Tim called to follow up and make sure we were OK and satisfied. Then had another problem, which he fixed and AGAIN followed up with a phone call!! Very impressive service and customer relations!!

We just had a marvelous experience with Rich's tow truck driver Reed. Our car just stopped between Huntingto and Ontario. Reed came out, listened to our tale of getting gasoline and then the fuel sensor read empty. He said that he thought the tank was really empty. He towed us back to town to the shop. Even though it was after 8 PM, Reed got a mechanic to check it out. While the mechanic checked a few things, Reed went and got 3 gallons of gas. Our Explorer was so dry it didn't register but it did start.We went to a gas station and put in another 19.49 gallons. The lady is fine now.Thank you, Reed, for helping us so much. You are awesome.

My Forerunner broke down on my way home coming down into Ontario late afternoon Sunday. I made it to the Pilot station and found Rich's online. Randy came very quickly and took both my truck and me back to Boise where he dropped my rig off at my mechanic's shop. It's fairly nerve-racking to break down on the road when you're by yourself. I'm am so grateful to Randy and Rich's towing service for getting me home quickly and safely. Very trustworthy towing service and Randy was very personable and kind.

We were out of town hours and hours away from home broke down on the side of the highway on a 90 something degree day, literally stranded with barely any cell phone service. Rich not only helped tow us away so efficiently he also even helped us figure out a plan for what autobody and rental place to go to next since we were out-of-towners and introduced us to some more great genuine people to help us further. Rich was so so helpful and genuine and with an awesome sense of humor. 100% recommend Rich's Auto, and will forever be grateful for him helping us that day! They weren’t able to service our vehicle because no one around could source our part. But their customer service and effort to help us went above and beyond.Rich spent over an hour calling everywhere within 100 miles trying to find us our part for our Ford- highly recommend these guys and if we were able to stay in town longer we definitely would have had them do the work. Go Here. Fair priced honest good friendly folks- Ontario is lucky to have em!

We were on a long road trip and our check engine light came on just as we were passing Ontario. Thank goodness for this auto shop, the man working dropped everything to take a look at our issue and was able to get us a new part and up and running in less than an hour. Fair price, friendly, and efficient.

Rich's Auto Clinic & All Hours
The best experience in an auto shop and customer service in general. After trying to flush my transmission, which didn't work, they worked with me to provide a road worthy car to make the long trip back home. I normally do not write reviews but they deserve more appreciation than what this review offers.
