Dropped my wheels off to get new winter tires put on and after I picked them up I see circular scratches on 3 of my 4 wheels. I didn’t notice when I was there getting them back (possibly they used something to cover it up or the scratches became more oxidized and then were more noticeable) but the wheels haven't had anything done to them since so it seems probable they were damaged during the tire mounting or balancing.In any case look at the picture and ask yourself if you want your wheels to look like this.Note that indeed all 4 wheels where affected, but the 4th seems to be surface damage that hasn't penetrated the clear coat. So despite the owner's response, it seems likely to be the result of a service on the wheels. What else could possible cause such identical damage to all 4 wheels in a location that is inset with an almost identical diameter on each wheel?Also note that other opinions I've received on this indicate that likely the clear coat was removed by the incident and it took time for the metal under to oxidize and become more visible, thus explaining the delay.

Now I know why Big O Tires' name pops up on top when you search for tire repair in the area: They are simply the best in the business this side of town.I went there even without an appointment and was quickly accommodated by a technician who was friendly, courteous and professional. The service was fast and efficient, and I was on my way in less than 40 minutes! Now that's great customer service!

Excellent customer service combined with a superb technical aptitude. After dropping off my car with little notice, Chris called me with the problems fully diagnosed even BEFORE i had made it home. At that time Big-O had already completed a number of service items and then alerted me to some possible concerns while skillfully outlining the level of concern attached and whether or not any repairs were needed at this time. Chris, while fully aware of the cost of a new Cat Converter, felt that we should hold off on replacing it until we were sure it was necessary, displaying a level of honesty and communication which was very much appreciated.While I had budgeted a certain amount for all the work i wanted done, the final bill came in at half that amount.So superb work, excellent communication, great honesty, quick service, along with a nearby SkyTrain station to get home, adds up to a garage worthy of your time and money.

Had my work truck in for servicing on a Wednesday and called on Friday at lunch to see if they had done a simple belt replacement only to find out that they couldn’t find the parts.They said they had to be air shipped. Made a call to a localGM dealer found the parts we’re available. We had to pick them up and take them to this auto repair shop ourselves to make sure the job got done by the end of Friday. They charged us $300 for an hour of work.Don’t recommend these guys if you need something done in a timely manner. They cost us thousands of dollars due to their inability to source out parts in a timely manner.

My wife and I have been customers of Big O Tires for 30 years. The 2 Ricks recently retired and they have new ownership. We had an issue with one of our tires. Mary and Arian were great and worked with with me to help resolve the issue. I spoke with the owner and after explaining the issue, he agreed to take care of it. First class all the way. I will continue to do business with them and I recommend you try them as well. Good customer service still exists!!

Went in to see Chris this week and we had a very good experience. He took us in right away and fixed up our noisy brakes. We have been coming to this location for over 30 years and after meeting Chris , it is great to know we can count on him and his staff to continue the high standards that preceded him. As retired seniors it is wonderful to see someone with such an excellent work ethic. Thank you Chris
