I have been banking with buduchnist for years and my grandparents have been banking with them for decades unfortunately they're Under New Management and now customer service and care has completely gone I tried to cash a check for $500 and now they are holding all of my checks. They're treating me like a complete stranger and I've never had any issue cashing checks previous to this management I'm really disappointed I don't live in the city so driving and collecting my money I have to commute over an hour to This One Bank

Very lovely place, with good fast and efficient customer service, they are explaining everything you might need. If you are ukrainian you must visit it and for sure consider to become a client. If not - just give it a chance and they will surprise you!

I was panicking in regards to a couple of transactions, and my branch was closed. Attempted the online chat service for the first time, and was surprised to see that got back to me promptly. Discussed my issue, head office got in touch with me as promised, and my dilemma was rectified within minutes! Now I am at ease and ready to enjoy the rest of the day. Thank you so much BCU team.
