Rand designed and built my pool a few years back and everything has been excellant. They treat you fair and honest. The pool business is a tough go and I believe these guys are as good as it gets. Cheers to Billy and the crews as well as Katie at the shop.

Heaven forbid if you have any issues with your spa. Katie will yell at you and then hang up on you. Then she will never answer any of your phone calls. Very unprofessional. They gave us the wrong cover for our spa and told us they will order another one. They fully admitted they gave us the wrong cover and Jay even came out to measure it but after several phone calls, I can’t get a response back from them.

Katie helped me out and made it an awesome experience. Super communicative and helpful, couldn’t recommend these guys more.

Up until recently I would have recommended Rand Pools to any one of my friends.For regular maintenance (cleaning, opening, closing) I use a local guy who is amazing. For larger jobs (liner repair, leaks, etc...) Rand was my go to.2 years ago Rand removed my spa tub which was tied into my pool and did an amazing job for an unbeatable price.Last fall after closing I thought there was an issue that could have been a tear in my liner, so I called Rand right away and scheduled an appointment to check it out in the spring. I figured since they're coming out anyway I'd just get them to open the pool and check the issue at the same time.They found no issue with my liner and proceeded to open the pool...and it was the absolute worst pool opening I've experienced.They didn't fill the pool up to the skimmer, barely cleaned it, they lost most of my jet return fittings, didn't screw down a lot of the pool cover anchors, refused to start the pool heater, left a valve drain open, and didn't clean the cover..just rolled it up into a ball and left it off to the side.On top of all of that they charged my an extra $60.00 for stabilizer they put in the pool even though their opening costs include chemicals".I also had to buy the replacement return fittings out of pocket which cost my another $60.00.I had a similar experience with talking to Katie as others did

They have been nothing but great in helping us with the treatment of our pool since being open in May! Very informative and knowledgeable which in turned has saved us money in using unnecessary products.Highly recommend.

you might be ok buying a jacuzzi there, but DO not expect any service afterwards. Phone hardly gets answered during business hours. Mailbox is full. Nobody calls back. Technician is friendly and knowledgeable, but there is NO communication between him and the Office staff. Its a nightmare all caused by the Admin staff.

An upsetting experience. Called 6 times before we got a call back for servicing a Rand hot tub. Two service" men arrived. They left after "fixing" the leak

Went into the store for about 5 mins. I was not greeted or asked if I could use assistance. This is at 10:45 in the morning on a Thursday. No less than five people lounging around. Imagine if you went in to spend 10k? Disappointing to say the least.

I switched to Rand from Diplomat (because Diplomat was rude nd pricey). I love Rand, they only sell you the chemicals that you need and are super knowledgeable. Last year I had a big algae problem that they helped me fix.
