Lots of knowledgeable tradesmen/tradeswomen and lots of room for opportunity. It’s great knowing you are building something that will help lower income people afford housing. Most enjoyable job I’ve had and it’s worth making a career out of.

The only reason I gave one star is because I can’t give 0. First and foremost safety there is not that important! Thee worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life. Don’t even bother applying. The place is run by adults but they all act liked kids. They fired me and gave me no notice and no reason. I was not late once I clocked in 20 minutes early every day. I was never rude to anyone. I was always friendly. I never missed a day. I always did what I was told. I was never on my phone. I heard they fired me because I am an ex drug dealer with a trafficking charge and I used to be a user all before I worked there. I don’t think this that’s legal but there was nothing I could do about it I tried. So much for helping people that are trying to get there life back together they will just fire you for it. I have been clean for 15 months. They drug tested me when I was hired. There are so many people there that use hard drugs it’s a joke. Everyone on the floor was on there phone and standing around talking all shift. My supervisor was playing around like a kid throwing tape balls at people LOL. He’s a pushover. He has no back bone to even tell his employees to get off there phones and get back to work. All the bosses there are the same. And the manager there does nothing as well like another pushover with no back bone. No wonder the company is loosing money. Like McDougal get your company in order it’s a joke right now. And that reflects onto you LOL. There is not very many Competent employees there. I know you won’t believe me but I am a Scorpio so Brutal honesty is all I can give. McDougal why don’t you take a walk through there on a random day and don’t tell anyone and see for yourself!!
