The staff are always so kind and welcoming. Roberta is great, amongst other things she checks the pressure in your eyes with the puff of air and administers the eye scan. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Lana Nasser for the first time today. Exceptional bedside manner, pleasant and extremely thorough with her exams. I did not feel rushed at all, and she made sure all of my questions were answered and that I left feeling taken care of. Excellent work and customer service, keep it up.

I made an appointment at FYI doctor's on Howard for eye exam and contact lens fitting. I dealt with Dr Lana Nasser and what a lovely and charming lady. She answered any questions I had, made sure I was comfortable and was very patient with me. She helped me select the perfect contact lens without any pressure or rushing me and made sure that when I left, I was satisfied with my visit and the product I purchased. Highly recommend Dr Lana Nasser to anyone for their optometry needs :)

My experience with FYI Doctors was exceptional. Dr. C Adams is always warm and welcoming. Her expertise and sage knowledge, is always a comfort.Emilia assisted my mom and I in selection new glasses. She was professional, personable, communicated well and put us both at ease. She made our experience pleasant and fun.Shout out to Taylor for quickly changing my lenses.

Shara was very welcoming and sweet. She was wonderful to deal with. Hope to see her when i go back to pick up my glasses. She was great!

I and my brother stopped by FYi doctors on walker, as my visiting brother had issues with his expensive proscription eye glasses. We had almost given up hope trying to fix when we reached FYi. Here we were attended by a very professional Ateer Al-Sahar, a person who knew what he was doing. He was reluctant initially, but finally had the eyeglasses fixed to my brothers satisfaction. We whole heartedly thank the entire team at FYi doctors for their friendly approach, dedication and great customer service.Good luck team and thank you again Ateer.

Absolutely amazing doctor and wonderful beautiful staff. Dr. Lana Nasser is a gem. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and took her time with me. I had a severe corneal abrassion. I was in pain and did not have an appointment. Yet I was not turned down nor did I have to wait for hours to see her. Please if you care about your eyes visit FYI doctors. She is by far the best Doctor I have ever had.

Minimal, average, and mediocre experience at FYI Doctors. Extremely hard to get a representative on the phone - as they seem to never answer telephones. Recently paid to get an eye prescription and when ordering glasses I noticed PUPILLARY DISTANCE" was missing from my script. Apparently this is something only given to those who purchase glasses at their establishment

Dr. Dino Mastronardi is great and the staff here is super friendly and wonderful. My bad score comes from the fact that after paying $400 for eye glasses and my exam, and then an additional $45 for a contact fitting exam, they refused to give me my contact prescription because I had not bought any contacts with them yet. I feel insulted and like I am being held hostage because if I want this I have to either go somewhere else and get it done or I have to buy some contacts from them first... I don't think this is how it should work. I don't think I will be purchasing anything from this location again. This has left a really bad impression.UPDATE: I received an email message from Rob explaining that things were not explained right to me. It is not that I can't get my prescription but rather there is a follow up appointment needed in order to check the fit and that everything is good. They don't want you just skipping away with something that is going to harm you. There is no charge for this follow up appointment, and they also do price matching for when you are ready to get your contacts. I'm so appreciative that he took the time to explain things to me and why they do what they do. This place promotes customer care and educating their clients. Thanks to Rob I will be coming back to get my eyecare needs taken care of.

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of months. After having a few bad experiences with optometrists I went to see Dr Nasser and she was so unbelievably helpful! She took her time to explain what was going on with my vision and then spent months helping me resolve the issue. She checked in several times just to make sure I was seeing okay and spent a lot of time making sure all of my concerns were addressed and resolved. I would recommend her to everyone! The entire staff is super nice too! I would rate it 6 stars if I could!!

What an amazing experience! I called last minute with a request which I thought would be impossible but it turns out I got a what I needed and so much more! I broke my presciption sunglasses and I am leaving for vacation in 2 weeks. Not only did they get me in same day for an eye exam they also fitted me for a beautiful pair of sunglasses which should be in just in time for my getaway. Thank you so much for your great service and attention to detail.
