My mother's $9000 hearing aids from this place don't work any better than the $3000 ones from Costco. They're fiddly and difficult to maintain. Why would they sell her a smartphone compatible hearing aid when she doesn't have a smartphone? Don't waste your time or money.

My daughter went into the session w her gramma. The audiologist was rude to her told her your too big to be in here w her. Made her move. That was rude to say although my daughter is slender and tall it came off rude and judgmental. Get ur priorities straight.
