Awesome experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and at a very fair price. The technicians were very engaging and helpful and the service advisers were very helpful in determining the best options to repair my vehicle. Wonderful customer service!We will be returning to this location for all our car needs. Management is superb. I appreciated the transparency with which I was advised of what to expect from a timing perspective.If you want the peace of mind of knowing your car is in the hands of professional, knowledgeable and honest people, this is where you need to go.

Had an oil change today. Took close to 2 hours ( with an appointment booked) because they did not have my filter in stock and they were waiting for it to be delivered.As well, the cashier technician was not wearing a mask. Nor were many of the technicians coming in and out. They did have a small plexi glass in between, but it was divided in the middle which would not keep anyone safe. This is the first week of the Ontario lockdown, and they were definitely not in compliance.Also on Google it says that this location is PERMANENTLY CLOSED" so I am not sure if this review will show for the Welland location."

They happily accepted my daughter's car on very short notice during the Christmas/New Year's holidays for a complete 4 strut assembly replacement and alignment job. After struggling with removal of what were 215+ km original equipment.. they even worked late into the evening to assure the job would be completed as promised. The car is riding/handling like brand new. We could not be happier with the commitment and service they provided. Thanks everyone for a Top Gun" job !!"

Only been a few times but always amazing. Definitely my new go to for anything car related. The owner and staff are amazing and go above and beyond. My son is never easy to take out and they made it a breeze for me to wait with him.

I just moved to this area and I was looking for a shop where I can take my car to for regular maintenance (oil change, tires and etc.). I randomly selected this location and it was the best decision. Management and entire team went above and beyond to ensure my car is safe to be on the road. I was welcomed and treated with respect and honesty. Thank you.

Ive been going to Midas Welland now for about 5 years or so and I'm always happy with their performance. They don't try to replace parts that don't need replacing - my experience is that they will always try to fix the issue without replacing parts. They also will shuttle you to work or home and pick you up free of charge. Good group of guys there!
