My daughter has been attending this centre since she was nine (9) months old and is now three (3). The centre is very clean and the staff are amazing. If there is ever any issue or concern the staff easily deal with the problem or more then willing to explain things you are uncertain of. Now that the centre has re-opened since COVID-19 shut down, my daughter has resumed coming back and even though it has been very hard bringing her back the centre has put several safety measures into play which makes the decision must easier and assuring. They are on top of the constant sanitizing and hand washing. This centre and the staff are truly a loving bunch and have so much patience with helping these little ones cope with these tough times. If you are looking for a clean and reliable centre then this is the best place hands down.

Was the first daycare for my first child as a new mom you want the best of course. I regret ever bringing her here when she was a baby about 8yr ago. Soon after she started she got sick. Daycare claimed she got a fever and had to strip her down to put cold water on her. As a young mom just starting work at a new job I was scared when they told me. My baby was never sickly and for this to suddenly happen I was upset. I never brought my baby to the daycare sick but yet their telling me she got a fever?! My first impressions of the centre checking it online was that it's clean and has a good dietary menu for the children. Went there in person and everything seemed nice. Can't remember the head lady in charge but she was just o.k. I can say now looking back that she is a bit selfish as when I left I brought treats thinking she would share them amongst the staff. She just kept it for herself. Smh! The other daycares throughout the years I've been would either share or would say they would share it with the staff which I thought was sweet. This was my experience. I think I only had my baby at this daycare no more than 2-3 months before begging for a transfer as at the time it was subsidized. If it came down to it, if I would of been denied I would of quit my job before allowing my child to keep going here. Also my baby was not eating much as she did not like the menu. Staff needs to do better. Hopefully it's been upgraded.
