Did an appraisal for a 3 unit property and did not even use 3 comparables. Beware they will just pull numbers out of the sky. My mortgage broker at a Big 5 bank has stated “they will not be using this company in the future, as they lack professionalism”. Would give 0/5 stars if possible.

This was for an appraisal for Saint John.The people I dealt with, both in office and in person at the appraisal, were extremely friendly and professional. The turn around time for the appraisal was very quick, and I can't recommend them enough.If you are looking for an appraisal in the area, I definitely recommend you choose this company!

The appraisal was so far off, it left my realtor and myself speechless!!! I would not recommend this appraisal company to residents in Saint John, as they are from Moncton and have a satellite office in SJ. Also the guy was very late, which conflicted with my appointment to rent . I showed him photos of the prior state and ask if he pulled old pictures. He Said, nope only if you used us in the past and it were on file. I told him that of the new wall; new window; electrical and plumbing etc

We recently had our house assessed and we had ask Mike if he could come at an earlier time and he was very accommodating to our schedule. He was on time and very well prepared. He explained everything and answered any questions that we had. Mike was also very friendly and we appreciated that he respected that we where on our lunch so had limited time. I would highly recommend this company and would recommend Mike to anyone.
