Please don’t and never go to the clinic, the worst ever clinic in Meadowood and I think in Winnipeg as well. Terrible receptionist and to see the doctor ( Okoro) is even more worst. You are just waiting your time, even after seen the doctor service and advice are awful. If you care about your health and family please don’t visit or call this clinic. I wish I can give them minus 100 stars really. Additionally they can cancel you appointment at any time because they don’t care. How ? I thought doctors should safe lives but this clinic I thought

4* because they were running behind (we hand an appointment for our toddler's COVID-19 vaccine). The physician that have him the shot was friendly and my son said it didn't hurt at all" and that he didn't even feel the needle. The physician didn't waist time but had good bedside manners and helped make my son feel as comfortable as possible. I was quite impressed. Thank you!"

Came to this clinic thinking I finally found a doctor that actually cares about my health, could never find a doctor that takes me seriously just because im a teenager. I went to Dr.Okoro because of my kidney problems, she always made me do bloodwork’s every week and kept saying they were okay, i asked for a specialist never got one. Called all the time never answered my phone, got sick almost went to the emergency never answered my phone. Especially right now i went to the reception asking why they wont answer my phone that woman laughed at me rolled her eyes at me, asked if I could talk to the manager she told me they do not have one i went to the other receptionist they told me where the manager is. I had a talk with a manager, she was extremely rude as well. Just because i am an refugee doesnt mean you should treat me differently. Very unhappy with this clinic. Very disappointed.

Just called there to reschedule the appointment the receptionist is way to rude did not help me at all and cut the phone.such a bad service.they should know how to deal with patients properly

I went to this clinic because my AMAZING family doctor retired and this was the clinic near me accepting new patients....DON'T GO HERE! The doctor (okoro) has the worst hours will only discuss one issue at a time, doesn't listen to your needs or review your file to ensure she knows what the hell she is talking about when you are discussing daily medications you have been on for years. Had so many issues with having my scripts refilled. Worst of all when you are really sick and need to see her for emergency related issues sorry no can do but maybe next week? How does that help the problem today. My mom was in hospital and went to go try and see her doctor (okoro) and was turned away. No offers to see if they can fit her in or even a recommendation to go to a walk in!? Then when I called to advocate they started ignoring my calls. This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. Save your time go elsewhere.

I didn’t have the best opinion of this place from my first two visits but chalked it up to my anxiety. Today I tried to call Dr. Okoro to see if I could talk to her about finding a psychiatrist for myself since I need one. The receptionist that answered the two times I called today spoke in such a quiet voice I couldn’t understand what she said, when I asked her to please repeat herself, she didn’t say anything at all. I tried calling the ‘main’ number google provides you with, they told me the story was closed, it was not, and that a doctor had retired, so I assume that number was not the clinics actual main number. I regret agreeing to have Dr. Okoro as my family doctor immensity. Do not go here, it is not worth it and if you have anxiety or issues in social situations like I do, it’s even worse because you might not even notice you’re getting poor service until you see the reviews because you assume it’s all in your head.

Very rude reception at xray. Place was closed 20 minutes early and lady had an attitude like she had been wakened from a long nap.

Impossible to get through to phone line. Will have to go down to make appointment, this is unacceptable. They should have an online booking tool, if they choose not to answer the phone.
