Worst experience at a print shop I have ever had. I payed $6 for 1 simple b&w paper- I went in hoping to print 3 sheets. The staff were overwhelmed at the bombardment of questions from other customers. The staff were great and doing their best. The general system needs improvement.

Most beautiful Staples I’ve ever walked into! Great selection. I love that they have a pen sampling section. BIG PLUS! Lots of notebooks. For crayon lovers, you can customize your own box. Huge selection of chairs as well. There’s a coffee shop, Mos Mos, located inside as well.

Beautiful Store Friendly staffm You can do photocopying there which is good to know. Open Saturday and Sunday. Now open after the pandemic which is great. I wish the photo copiers accepted debit card but they don't. Would have been nice to have had more help doing the photocopying because you do your own. They should probably have one staff member walking around amongst the photo copiers to give a hand when required

Aleksandra in the printing department has no good manners or customer service skill. She told me it would be a 1 hour wait for my binding, started the transaction and walked away without actually completing the payment transaction. Then another associate came and asked me to step aside so they can help someone else. Meanwhile I'm still trying to pay for my binding. Finally I got to pay but then I didnt get an order ID or anything that I can use to request my order as I had planned to come back the next day since I dont want to miss another go bus/train to go home. So I had to wait for the other associate to come and go to clarify from Aleksandra and apparently my print job will be ready in 20 minutes. If I had another option close by, I'd go out of my way to get the binding done there...

I spend two days to play an order. The side didn't let me to do proceed at all .. then i spend 30 min. On the phone with staples and no one pick it up . Finally I went to live chat with Hydee D , but she's didn't help at all . Then she tells me to call the Staples department. Are you serious? I juts told her I call them and no one pick up. Staples have really bad online services for printing. Fix the website ! I use to recommend staples ,not anymore

What a grand reopening! The enhancements made to the store location at 375 University Avenue in Toronto is amazing. Definitely worth a visit to the store next time you are in the area. Who knows you might see some celebs in the aisles!

Helpful! Printing services are great. Every print shop in the neighbourhood was closed on a Saturday and I was in dire need of a ticket print. Got my print in less than a minute through their self serve print service.

Five stars for the self-service photocopying facilities. Extremely easy. Plus they provide a paper cutter, elastics, paper clips, and a huge table to do what you need to do! And you’re only charged for what you need.BONUS is that there’s a coffee shop inside with good coffee and some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever met.

I was trying to get passport photos. I wasn’t informed that there is only going to be two and when I asked if I could print more, I was told that I can do so by taking another picture? Then the employee said that they (the embassies) normally only ask for two anyways but not all cases are normal case! Why do I have to prove that I needed more than two photos?! Then when I asked if I could get electronic copies.. she said I should have given her a USB to save the files on beforehand. How was I suppose to know that?! Why was I blamed for not knowing that she couldn’t email me a digital copy like most places do especially when she deleted the digital copies so even if I had an USB, there is nothing I could do?!Also, printers couldn’t read my PDF documents because they are not in English.

You can call them for hours and no one picks up, orders are processed incorrectly, kinda hilarious how much of a sht show it is here. Would reco something local like printoruim or even Walmart!
