I love my new home!! Beautifully renovated, gorgeous location on the water and extremely clean. Love the pool. Neighbors so friendly. Exceptional service from staff especially Ferdows! Moved in September 2022.

Although I am not a tenant yet to this apartment but I am extremely pleased with the service provided by leasing specialist Ferdows Sadeghyar. He is super polite and helpful in his approach to provide possible solutions to the units availability! I am looking forward to move-in very soon with this property!

A great place to live. Very convenient to all the fun things to do in downtown Burlington within walking distance. Being an older building, the units are larger than newer builds, are well maintained and many are renovated with modern amenities. Back yard swimming pool, BBQ’s and fabulous views of the lake make this an enjoyable place to live. Maintenance concerns are received 24/7 and responded to in a timely manner. We highly recommend this as the “best rental” building with a million dollar view. I highly recommend this apartment building. It is very well managed, with very responsive and friendly staff. It has spacious rooms with lots of large windows, is perfectly located right on lakeshore, is very quiet, has huge baconies, great views from most units (lots with view of lake Ontario) and has a renovated underground parking! A great place to call home!

Very happy with my apartment and very impressed by the exceptional service from Ferdows Sadeghyar. He has provided professional and detailed responses to all my inquiries in a prompt manner. Also the maintenance team has been superb in their response to my maintenance requests. Highly recommend this rental building.

I have been very happy with my rental suite so far. The building is in a great location and when moving in, my suite was very clean and much larger than I initially thought. I was very impressed by the exceptional service from Ferdows Sadeghyar. He is always able to provide professional and detailed answers to all my questions in a prompt manner. Overall very happy with my rental unit as well as the service from the GWLRA team!

Extremely dated, underground parking floods and is in need of major repairs. They're going to be fully closing the underground for repairs next year (2018) parking will be up the street. Units are nice though.

This building is in a great location with beautiful sunset and lake views. Everyone here is super friendly and the management and maintenance staff, Ian and Stuart are very helpful. This is an older building and pet friendly, but it is kept exceptionally clean thanks to Jessie who takes pride in keeping our common areas spotless. I’m proud to call 2160 Lakeshore my home.

This is our home. While the building isn't perfect, the location is unbeatable, the lake views are extraordinary, the people are welcoming + friendly, and there's a growing community vibe (community garden, social events, yard clean ups, etc.).The balconies are large, and so is the indoor suite space.We are happy that management is taking an active role in bettering and updating the building - it has been neglected in years past, but things are certainly improving. Staff are friendly and easy to reach + speak to.
