Not a good customer service experience,Format appears that they are serving customers just for the sake of serving and not providing any value for there time and money.On the Window it mentions that the place is open till 7PM but the girl kept announcing the that dining area is closed at 6PM.They were not wearing the gloves either.I will skip this location and would ot recommend

Every time I have a coupon scanned, it charges me more than advertised. Free fries" with the purchase of a teen burger and I'm still paying $1.45 for fries. The staff shrug their shoulders and refuse to address the issue. Perhaps give the customer the free fries. Perhaps inform your manager. Instead I waste a coupon and leave annoyed."

My Fiance got horrible food poisoning after ordering food from this location and was sick for 3 days.I felt ill as well, but not as bad as I (luckily) didn't finish my food.We believe this was due to improper food handling techniques and/or lack of handwashing by employees, as we ordered the vegetarian option, and we will not return to this location.

There was 0 customers yet the dining area was dirty. Cups and food crumbs were on the tables and the tables that looked clean were very sticky. The employee has rude and disrespectful. She was on her phone in front of customers and constantly took it out while packing up the food. It was a frustrating experience from a fast food worker. I highly do not recommend eating at this place. You’ll have a better experience going at the Tim Hortons next door.

What a great place. Fast food but very clean. Freshly renovated and awesome interior.The glass for the soft drinks is freezing cold, therefore no need for ice.I had a very strange and stressful experience here. It's the washrooms. They are locked!You can't use them unless an employee comes and punches the code!When I asked for access I was told it's only for customers that have ordered. So even though I wanted to have a lunch here I cold only use the washroom after I ordered!?I had to call the manager and promise that I will order food and only after that I was given access to the washroom.Very bizarre.I wish A&W can make my next visit more enjoyable. Indeed making me feel like an intruder or someone that is not welcome here.

Service was the only good thing about my experience. Food was bland, pop was watery, and while i sat to eat i noticed a few of these bugs (im assuming roaches) scattering on the floor.

Came in at 6pm on a Friday. Two people working, no one else in the store. Had to get the attention of the staff to get served. We were told they were out of onion rings (at A&W!!) and that we couldn't get root beer in a chilled glass because it was too close to closing...A&W is a great chain, but this is far and away the worst I've been too.
