INTEGRITY HEAVY REPAIR INC.

My wife and I were experiencing a noise coming from our small RV on our way up north to visit our son in Thunder Bay. We stopped off at Integrity Heavy repair Inc, outside of Sault Ste. Marie, and the owner stopped what he was doing and helped us out immediately. It ended up being such a minor repair, but it was our first big trip with this vehicle and we had no idea what the noise was. The owner, Tex, determined it was loose lug nuts on the wheel cover which were rubbing against the metal. He refused to charge us and sent us on our way with a smile, a wave and a promise to pay it forward someday to help someone else needing assistance. A big heart and an honest man who displays the essence of Integrity which his company name states...Integrity Heavy Repair Inc. Thank you good sir for your assistance. I would highly recommend Tex and his company to everyone needing an honest man full of integrity.

After leaving Sault Ste. Marie enroute to British Columbia, my engine light came on.I was looking for a place to turn around and landed at Integrity Heavy Repair.I walked into their large and busy shop where l met Brendan Tex" who welcomed me with a big smile.He came out right away and after doing a diagnostic check had us back on the road knowing we were safe to continue on.It is reassuring to know that there are knowledgeable

We recently travelled through Sault Ste Marie on our way to Alberta, we had the unfortunate experience of having a valve break off one of our shocks, only name we knew was Canadian Tire, so we started there, they sent us to Traction, where we bought parts, they then sent us to Integrity, to a guy named Tex, what an amazing man, fixed us up and got us on our way in minutes and bottom line no charge" Only thing he said was "pay it forward!" And we did in Alberta we came across a lady that need gas but her credit card won't work

Outstanding service. Not only did they take excellent care of our RV, they took great care of us—booking hotels and giving us rides. Randy and Allison were very kind and professional, and we loved their sense of humour too. Highly recommended.

This shop was excellent,the two guys working on the weekend were nice,quick and efficient, they went out of their way to get parts and get us back on the road in record time

Real great shop to deal with, had a bad air bag, they went and got the proper one and had it installed in a timely fashion. Highly suggest using them if ever needed!

These people are awesome! Tex and the team helped me get my footing again after I broke down and had to replace an injector. They’re the quickest in town for getting parts, extremely knowledgeable and definitely hold true to their values with lots of integrity and professionalism. I couldn’t recommend working with this group of people more. Thank you for getting me to BC problem free and being such amazing people!
