I got my nails done by Cathy. I really like the nails, the design is from Pinterest. Cathy was quick and thorough.

My partner booked her & I an appointment for pedicures. Mine was just a simple black and white and I gotta say I’ve never felt more rushed or awkward in my life. My partner wanted more of a man’s pedicure bc she didn’t want any polish ect. Her pedicure was rushed worse then mine and then I was asked how I wanted my nails done bc she also booked for that and I mention I had a photo I’d like something similar and was told ok ok just show her. A woman walked in freaking out about one of her nails falling off and wanted it fixed while I’m standing there waiting for my nails to get started I walked up to the front desk and they acted like I didn’t have a booked appointment or anything LOL while she sat and fixed the other lady’s nail. I was furious at this point and decided to pay and leave. My toe nails look pathetic for what I paid. I hated how they dropped the items for our feet on the ground picked it up and used it on us without grabbing something new or clean! So unprofessional! $100 later for mine and my partners ! What a joke ! Never come here !! I won’t be returning!

I had 3 nails needing repair and the place I usually go to was not able to take me in for the repairs. One of the nails that I needed repair was extremely painful too. So I went to ProfessioNAIL to get the nails repaired. Brooke was amazing! She got me in right away, repaired them with ease and did a better job than the other nail salon. I'm very impressed and happy with her work! Highly recommend! Not to mention, I needed to be at work within an hour and she had no problem getting them done before I needed to leave.Thank you, Brooke! You are awesome! Thank you, ProfessioNAIL!

The worst experience of my life!!! Very rude and unprofessional and worst nails I have ever paid for. Cut me 4 times, ruined my nails and they look so terrible! On top of it very rude customer service! Horrible experience!!

My friend Jeannie and I went for pedicures on the evening of May4/23 and had a great experience! We both really liked our experience their! Great value for your money! Would definitely recommend this place! Great workers also!

Very lacklustre experience for the price. Nails were cut crooked and not much effort put into exfoliation or massage. Place seemed kinda dirty too. Would not recommend.

Polish is nice but credo blade shouldn't be used on baby soft feet, especially without asking. My foot is raw and sore

for a nail technicians they do not seem to be able to do any sort of nail art beside a basic french tip or simple shapes and lines. i don’t know if it’s the person we saw or what but they are not very skilled in the art portion of the nail business. which is sort of a necessity when u do other peoples nails for a living. i chose this place because of the nail art photos posted but looking back they must of been stencils. have yet to see how long they’ll last but i cannot imagine long because they seem to not care for prep or sanitation . a simple dab in the monomer is the most they do. as somebody who knows how to do gel and acrylic this experience was very mentally painful

I got my nails done there a while back and they cut my cuticles to the point some started bleeding and they didn’t even apologize or even acknowledge I was bleeding a bit, the nail’s themselves were bulky and grainy and bumpy and ruined my nail beds for a while, no conversation happened and they are super rude when I said what colour I wanted, don’t recommend this place at all.
