Bought a set of Niagara cabinets from auction. Ordered additional piece (a vent hood) to complete kitchen. Was quoted 4-6 weeks. Took 9 weeks for it to arrive. Multiple calls, emails were ignored. Product I received was poor quality. Made in China sticker on box. The name Niagara Cabinets" sure is deceiving. My encounters with Sue

My overall experience dealing with Perry Auctions was out standing. I was able to get some amazing deals on furniture and even a couple vehicles. The workers really try to help you during the building material auctions to get your bids and to help you load up if you need it. I love the cabinets however I’m not redoing my kitchen just yet but when I do I’ll definitely buy my cabinets from the auctions, they go for a great price and I just cant pass it up! The excitement during the auction is just so overwhelming but in a good way! I just can’t wait for the next auction so I can get another great buy!!!!!!!! Thanks again Perry Auctions!!!!!!!

Very unethical. Purchased from them in the past. I seen the auctioneer hold an auction and noticed him raising the bid on someone when no one else was bidding. Referred to as ghost bids. It’s a common practice with them. Then I went to pay for my items and heard him talking to an employee, “ I wasn’t going to let it go for anything less” with a nasty smerk on his face. I purchased from them online and I went to pickup, I waited an hour for them to tell me that the messed up and “someone else picked up the item”. They offered a refund. As I proceeded to get my refund, the young lady whispers to me that they don’t want to give it to you because they want more money for it. “Someone dropped the ball by not bidding it up” it was very disappointing and upsetting. I didn’t want to make a fuss, I just left it alone.He preys on women and the elderly. He likes to tell jokes at the expense of others. He likes to belittle individuals. What happened to honor and integrity? Very very bad business practices here.

One of the worst auctioneers I've ever seen. Went to a state surplus auction. Hard to get a bid in. He catered to the same 4 buyers all day. When you were able to get in, he would jump the price just to get you back out. There were ghost bids galore. Watched a truck go up to $5500 to get people out. Then suddenly sell to one of his select few for $3500. Next time I'm in the market for something at one of their auctions, I'll try eBay. That or be sure to line the auctioneers pockets ahead of time if you need something.

If you're looking for a good deal on a used car this is not the place to go.1. Reserves are just a tad lower than market value2. Mostly repoed whipped junk. A very high risk Buy.3. 13% auctioneer fee, tax and full payment are due within a half hour of sale.4. Employees are arrogant ,cocky, rude dishonest.5. The auctioneer puts in a ghost bid when you raise your hand .6.This is the location on Lockport Road.

Worst auction ever I saw in my life. Scott Perry is a guy far away to be professional and never will be. He sewer in god and put effort to lie to people that his stuff are quality items and cheaper than the market. My brother he bought a kitchen cabinet and Scott perry said that this cabinet’s door closes slowly when you push it hard, guess what happened, the doors does not close slowly and Scott lied to us. Watch him when he talks a lot because he want you to focus on something else not on his garbage! I don’t recommend going there and wasting your time! Thanks

I bought from them years in the past but recently they are engaging in what appears to be unethical and dishonest bidding practices. Additionally they have greatly increased their premium. They re-listed half a dozen kitchen sets as unpaid" when in fact they appear to be actually not bought due to the house's having their own bidders inflating the prices. They require proof of funds on credit card so they could not have all been "unpaid for". I wanted to do business with them but their refusal to explain what appears to be dishonest behavior will prevent me from working with them unless they come clean and run a legitimate auction."

First time at this auction house and i very much likely it. Scott Perry runs through all of the terms and conditions right from the start, so there are no questions. Very busy and crowded at the beginning fo the auction, and things thin out towards the end. We purchased a set of cabinets, and they are in great shape. Plenty of parking, hot dog vendor kept my wife happy with a cheeseburger, and process was smooth. Will return to this auction house in the future.

I buy online action and they post gold I pay 2500$ and is GOLD PLATED I call and text email and no people response. If u no want pay they charger u but if they stolen u money we can do anithing??????? Its 3 days consecutive call and leave message the girl for this action NEVER AVAILABLE. PLEASE ME SURE BEFORE BUY.

Do not do business with this company. They have lied to me about a dozen times. And refuse to answer my calls now. I have called them roughly 30 times about them picking up a motorcycle that I purchased at their auction. They were not able to get me a title for the bike and promised to pick it up and return my $400.00 that I spent. Now 4 months and roughly 30 calls later they ignore my calls. John" has done nothing but lie to me
