DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst customer experience ever. They charged my credit card without my authorization before the job was completed and they OVERCHARGED. I have been trying to get the additional funds they charged me back for 6 months now! And the work they did still has problems!Trust me, find another company to get your stone from. They don't answer your calls they lie to you and their work is terrible.7 times they have been back to my house to fix things because they either break it or install it improperly. If their prices seem cheap don't be lured in, the stone quality is low and I bought the highest qualityI am not the type of person to write negative reviews but in this case you need to be warned.Fraud,poor workmanship,screening calls, bad product.

Just had our quartz counter tops installed by Jade Stone in Red Deer. We were very pleased with all facets of the project. Jenny in the Red Deer office was a pleasure to deal with. Joey the templater was very thorough and accurate. The install crew James and Nick did a great job. We had excellent communication throughout.

We used Jade Stone for our kitchen counters and they were amazing. Worked with us to determine the biggest size we could get for our island without having to cut the slab. 3 years later and we’re still thrilled!

Before choosing Jade Stone be sure you have a contractor that will review all documents, drawings and estimates as there are many mistakes made along the way. You'll also want a contractor on site when your stone products are delivered and installed; be sure to have your contractor measure the top drawers of each vanity to be sure they'll open and check all edges to ensure they've been polished appropriately. Would I recommend Jade Stone (Red Deer or Calgary), absolutely not. Do they stand behind their product and ensure you as the consumer are satisfied - no.

Would not use Jade Stone Red Deer again. The under mount sink they installed in a quartz countertop fell out within 18 months. They re-installed the sink and guaranteed it would hold. It fell out again within 3 months. After 2 invoices for plumbers, 5 days of restaraunt meals and plenty of frustration we found someone else. The installation this time included under mount brackets drilled into the quartz with a proper water tight seal of silicone. Jade Stone lacks competence.

We had a completely different experience than the other reviews left. Everyone was fantastic to work with. Their cost was considerably cheaper than anyone else in town and half the price of some. Install was smooth as can be with zero issues. Based on our experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks for your help Jade Stone!
