Kleinburg Nobleton Soccer Club

I recently had the pleasure of being a part of an incredible soccer club that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped onto the field, it was evident that this club, with its approachable staff and coaches, prioritized creating a supportive and nurturing environment for all players. As a female soccer player, I was particularly impressed by their dedication to promoting inclusivity and empowering young women in the sport.One of the standout aspects of this soccer club was the approachability of its staff and coaches. From the administrative team to the trainers, everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in the development of the players. Whether you had a question, needed assistance, or simply wanted to chat about the game, they were always readily available. Their openness and willingness to engage with players created an atmosphere of trust, fostering a sense of belonging within the club.The training environment at this club was top-notch. The facilities were well-maintained and equipped with modern amenities that catered to the needs of every player. The training sessions were structured, dynamic, and thoughtfully designed to challenge us while fostering a love for the game. The club's commitment to providing high-quality training was evident in the attention to detail and the comprehensive approach taken by the coaching staff.

I have worked here for the past 3 years as well as played here when I was younger. This club is very well run and I have to say that everything done is very efficient. I would recommend anyone to come to this club at any level as there is plenty to offer here.

Kleinburg is a great soccer club. Both of my kids played for the club and had an amazing and enjoyable experience playing Rep soccer there. Whenever I had questions the front office and GM were always friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond. They were great to deal with. I recommend this club to kids that want to have a great time playing and learning the game of soccer and making new friends.

Very poor people skills. The general manager is a very rude and unproductive person. This will be the last time I ever deal with the Kleinberg soccer club. I would rather take my business and my children somewhere else.In response to the review.I see the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. You are absolutely correct that you would not find my information anywhere in your system as the reasoning for this is that when I called and received a lack of care or understanding of what your club has to offer or lack of common curtesy I received from your General Manager. She was clearly trained by you the owner in respect of instead of finding the problem for a solution you automatically attack my lack of commitment to your establishment. Please understand that due to the rude and poor communication skills of you General manger I will not be signing my children up for any of your services at all and what you should be asking your general manger is Why is he NOT in our system"............."

I had a basic question to ask about scheduling and received some salty attitude by the GM. If I wasn't so concerned about keeping consistency in my child's routine, I would have pulled my kid from this program immediately. Lucille you need to change your attitude if you want to retain clients. If they could only provide the same customer service by phone that they seem to be providing on their Google Reviews I wouldn't be making this complaint.FOLLOW UP RESPONSE: I'm in your database and I don't need my child treated unfairly because of my review, thanks!

If there was a 0 star option, I would have given it to this club. Worst soccer club ever. The club only cared about their money and refused to assist the customers. My son registered to play soccer and the deadline to get a refund was April, but we missed the deadline because we truly thought the pandemic would be over by summer 2020, but it didn’t. We truly wanted to let my son go out on the field. However the pandemic didn’t stop and nobody knew how long it would last. I tried to contact the manager shortly after the due date hoping they would give a refund due to the unforeseen circumstance. After talking back and forth, the manager refused to give the refund back. Almost $400 is still in their pocket and my son won’t be able to go due to the on going pandemic and we have already moved to a different city. The club should have just given us the refund back last year when we reached out to them. It’s been over a year and clearly, Covid is still around. If there is a soccer club I don’t recommend, NKSC is the one. It’s all about money to them. The general manager was not helpful and had a rude attitude. Other clubs that my friends’ kids went to, they refunded the money to them…Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually care about their service and the quality of their soccer programs.*Reply to KNSC response: First, it is not my responsibility to worry the club’s financial problems during the pandemic. Everyone was affected. It’s so unreasonable to keep mentioning it. Second, the club offered a voucher after my son already left Woodbridge area and moved to Mississauga. It’s a hassle to commute. Who understands that for us? Clearly not the club. But this whole time, the club has been making up reasons to make it seem like clients should understand for your financial situation. Keep your $400. Clearly this club cares more about money than the quality of their programs. I’m not saying this just because of the refund issue I had with the club, but after a few months of sending my kid there, and seeing how things work, I only have 2 words to describe the way coaches handled the program “Unprofessional and Ignorant”. Your rating is going down for a reason!

The worst customer service. I paid for a kit for last years outdoor soccer and was missing several items. When I asked for the items I’m being accused of lying and receiving the missing items. How insulting. I pay thousands of dollars and I’m going to lie about receiving a $20 pair of game shorts. Administration here needs to learn customer service skills. Very rude.In response to the comment you posted. When I initially told you that I didn’t receive the shorts Lucille your response was that they were given out in July and the old admin had me checked off as receiving them. Only after numerous emails did you say you would check bins of unclaimed items. The reason I have not picked up the items as I indicated over the phone is I work during your admin hours. Lucille you really need to fix your attitude. I have warned everyone I know not to come to this club. I’m only still here because I just started the session.

One of the best teams out here in Southern Ontario. great program. Theres a reason why alot of families trust the staff.

Great staff, and kids learn alot here. Great games too, everyone is welcoming.
