I asked them to trim my hair. They made my long hair very short. When I said all I wanted was a trim , she said oh ya. I was so furious.

Went here because I was in desperate need of a hair cut, I was lucky and got a lovely stylist named Alex. She did exactly what I asked for. And did a great job! I am super happy and would recommend if anyone goes to request her. You can’t make appointments but when you go in you can always request! Thanks Alex!

2 of us got really bad haircuts here by 2 different stylists. One nearly shaved my head when all I asked for was a trim. The other customer had his bangs chopped off and the stylist said I went too short"

After waiting 45 minutes, I was told I'd be next. They took 4 more people during the next 45 minutes. I asked why I had to wait 90 minutes and people got to go before me. I was told they had perms and colours and I had to keep waiting until those were all done first. First and last visit there. I left after 90 minutes without a haircut.

If you just wear hats and hoodies all the time this is a cheap place for you, three horrible haircuts uneven to just looking like I had a breakdown in the bathroom all by the same lady. Two stars because I got one good haircut by another worker just crazy there’s a massive skill difference. Have not and will not step foot in here again.

Enjoyed a great cut at a reasonable price. Fast and efficient service in a friendly environment. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Sign me up... I will return.
