I bought the Apogee Dragon storm as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loved it. The knife is absolutely stunning and cuts like butter, Dylan was super great and gave us a ton of information and techniques about the care, sharpening and use of knives. We'll be buying from him again for sure!

Bought my first knife September 2021 then another a month later and then my third and forth right after.Just got back into the workforce with changing careers and knowing the difference good tools make in a job -these knives I chose to buy are incredible. I’m so happy and pleased with them.I use them on the daily in a busy restaurant DT Calgary cutting everything from tartar to herbs - a little butchering and loads of veg prep. My team also uses my knives and the ones we train get to learn with great knives that are not costing a months rent. ( in case they are dropped or bent)Sakura knives is great at explaining and helping guide in what knife is best for what in any kitchen situation. Helped me understand the functionality of my knives.
