We sat on the patio and ordered every appetizer on the menu... Every single thing we tried was amazing. Great portions. Great flavour. Just an all around great vibe.

We had an amazing weekend dinner. Our server Thanh was attentive and very engaged with our table. He was perfect at anticipating our needs and made sure we were well taken care of during our meal, making an already lovely evening even better. He made navigating the menu a breeze, and knew exactly what to recommend for the perfect night out! Great service, friendly atmosphere, good food. Would definitely come back with friends again!

I had an amazing server (Raven). He was super upbeat, even at the end of a shift (we went in at 10 pm). He made the experience even better than expected. The food was great, service was fast, and he checked up on us often enough that we weren't having to flag him down. We didn't mean to stay so late but we left right at close and didn't feel rushed to eat.

A bit of a mixed bag, mainly because of the service that we received last night. We've been here before where the service was great. Last night, the service was not great. Having said that, it's not that the waitress was poor at her job, she seemed to have too many tables to look after. Waitress was friendly when we ordered so that portion of the meal went fairly smoothly. Appetizers came out in time, but we did not receive any plates or napkins for the nachos. Nachos were good overall, but not quite enough for the $25 that we spent on them. Main course came out, but without any cutlery and/or condiments. So we took some ketchup from the table next to us, and had to ask another waitress for the cutlery, which we had to wait for a bit... Drink refills were not offered. We had to ask for those as well once we noticed that they were not coming. May not seem like a big deal, but the inattention the little details wears on you after a bit. My job is to enjoy the meal, not remind them how to do their job. Again, I think our waitress may have been too busy (she did not seem to be standing around chatting to her co-workers) to handle the volume thrown at her. At any rate, tipped 15%, even though I felt that it deserved closer to 10% - normally I tip 20%. Food was good, waitress was friendly, food came out in relatively good time, service was poor overall; not terrible, but not great.

This place never seems to disappoint! Consistently yummy food, good variety, great service! We had the shrimp and chicken bites for BOGO apps, then I had the fish sandwich (huge!) With cheese and broccoli soup, which was delicious! Looking forward to another visit soon!

I have given the Woodlawn location 3 chances now and this is the last. I always order wings and a spinach dip. I order Kelseys frequently and never have an issue except at this one. The wings are always super old and dry. I even wrote on my order to please prepare my order fresh (which is sad) in hopes that they would cook them after my order but I still got old gross wings. There isn't even condensation from the foot being hot because it never is. It comes slightly reheated and obviously cooked at some other time.They give you a container of old hard spinach dip that is a quarter full - if that. Do yourself a favour and go to Clair Rd.. or a different restaurant all together. Never again. Disgusting.

These two stars are only for the waitress that actually served us. Is this was for overall service and food otherwise it would be 0 stars.My wife and I went into this location after 8 on Friday night. The restaurant was still quite busy but we were seated right away.We sat at our table for at least 10 minutes without a server coming by (this is not the first time we have had this happen, we left without ordering the last time). A server came to another table that had been seated after us and my wife called her over letting her know that we had not yet been served at all. The waitress questioned where our server was, then decided just to take care of us herself. She was very nice and helpful and took our order right away.For drinks, my wife ordered the burly Shirley temple which arrived without the sour key, which she was looking forward too. She noticed the drinks arrive at another table without the sour key as well, so we assumed they were out.We ordered the half pan nachos with just tomatoes a basket of chicken wings and a grilled cheese for our daughter. The food arrived quickly, but the nachos had barely any tomatoes and the chicken wings were scrawny and so dry that I think they had been cooked 3 times. Since my daughter is only a year old, she didn’t eat her whole grilled cheese. I ate some of it and it was honestly the best part of the meal, sadly.The waitress was nice enough to give us the after 8 half price appetizers price and comp us for the nachos, but overall this location has disappointed us for the last time. We will be checking out the Clair location the next time we want Kelsey’s, and if it disappoints that will be the last time we eat at this chain.

Server tried to be friendly, yet his response were curt and snappy. Very off putting. As well he only checked on me after my meal was done, to ask how things were. Which I realized already were going to fall on deaf ears. The Salmon for the price was very small. The smallest serving I have ever had at a restaurant. The Salmon wasn't dry, yet close to being dry, not moist. Slightly over cooked. Caesar side was as expected at an establishment of this caliber. Glad I only used a gift card. Maybe a great place for Pub Food, not the healthier choices.

We really had a very bad experience at Kelsey’s tonight. We went with our kids for the dinner. Their BOGO offer is a big scam. Even after asking about the offer while placing the order, the server didn’t mention the wings are not included in the offer. Just giving an apology saying that I was not aware about what is included in the offer and educating us at the time of making payment won’t help.We don’t mind paying for better tasting quality food, but not for those wings which were tasting dry and kind of rotten. When we complained about that, she told next time she can compensate, if she is there. Who will go there next time to eat the same rotten food?If we or our kids get any stomach issues…we are not going to spare you!I wish I could give zero stars for this rude service and rotten food served. Please don’t scam people giving such fake offers. Thanks for ruining our Saturday dinner.
