Incredible service! Found myself in a jam needing 4 new commercial LT tires. I called several shops before business hours, but when I called Tire 89 Toni had the phones forwarded to her cell phone. She took my information, and although they weren't open for the day yet, she assured me they could take care of me right away, and get me on the road. They accommodated me above and beyond. I had a 40 foot trailer on, so they cleared their entire parking lot, just so I could get in, and turn around. They also had a truck run to Barrie to pick up my new tires, while they were already taking off my old ones.On top of the great service, and conversation while getting the work done, they also beat the price of about 5 other tire quotes I had recently got knowing I was going to be purchasing tires soon.Although I live in a different province, I travel through the area for work often, and will be purchasing my next tires through these guys for sure!

Blew a tire right at his exit. Saw his sign as we pulled into the Petrocan. Within 10 mins he’d found a replacement tire and had dispatched someone to get it and in the meantime, had the car up on a lift to get the tire off so we’d minimize our wait time. Great service! Recommend highly!

Words cannot describe the phenomenal service and kindness of Tire 89! With a blown tire on the 400, I was able to make it to their shop where they were able to change my tire on the spot without hesitation. They were so unbelievably prompt and kind! They will be my absolute first call and recommendation moving forward. Do not hesitate to make them your first call. Thank you again to the Tire 89 team!!!

Toni and her team go above and beyond. I had an auto emergency and practically broke down in their parking lot. They not only took care of me but they welcomed me in, helped me diagnose the problem all while taking care of my dogs with water and treats. I cannot believe how kind and helpful they were to me. I showed up a random stranger and by the end there were hugs and handshakes all around. An amazing experience and what you would hope to expect from a small town family owned business. These people truly care and are doing their part to help make the world a better place.

Gary is very nice. He works quickly and does an amazing job. The tire on my work truck had a flat and he was able to get the job done! If I ever need this service again, I will definitely ask for the best and that would be Gary!

My husband and I have had 2 separate visits here individually, and both times the customer service was beyond exceptional. I am not one to post reviews, but wanted to take the time to post a well deserved positive review and praise. I find it rare these days to find the kind of service they practice. Toni at the front desk really went WAY above and beyond, and I am so grateful for her help. This place is efficient, personable, friendly, fair and reasonable pricing. keep up the great work !

amazing owner, amazing mechanics, super friendly and very helpful. they gave me a free drink and changed my trailer tire for a very low price! ( i brought in the tire) 100 stars if i could!

Amazing amazing amazing service. Saved our butts when my dad needed his tires torqued. Came to our rescue for sure, and didn't even charge us. They offered us free drinks and we were friendly and understanding.
