Menchie's

I went for my first Menchie’s experience yesterday. I picked up the only cup size that was available, filled it up about 3/4 full of frozen yogurt and toppings then took it to the till. Put it on the scale and the clerk says “that will be $15.80”. $15.80 for a cup of frozen yogurt? Hey families come on down in this economy, bring your kids, for a family of four “that’ll be $64.00 please”. Greed/rip off.

Went in today at 5pm for some frozen yogurt and spent $40.10 even though I received the worst service imaginable. I bought three cups and while I was filling them the girl working there kept asking if the cup I was finished filling was mine and when I told her it was and that I’m almost done, she told me I need to pay for it to which I replied “I will I just need to fill the other 2 and add toppings.”Made me feel like she was insinuating that I didn’t have any money to pay. And she kept her eyes on me like a hawk the entire time and not even once looking in the direction of the 2 other girls that were also filling their cups.I could smell the racism from a mile away and really didn’t want to purchase after this but it was a really hot day and I had already filled my cup so I had no choice.Rest assured though I will not be back.

Awesome experience nice flavours I tried mango, cotton candy and nutrella!!!OMG mouth watering ice cream and the service by Khushpreet was over the moon.

Went to this store at 9:00pm and got denied service through the window because they were “closed”, although the open sign was on and online the hours say 1:00pm-9:30pm. I then waited in my car and called the store and watched the woman answer the phone, as I proceeded to confirm their hours of business. She then told me she will allow specific people to enter the store between 9:00pm-9:30pm. While I was on the phone I watched three other customers try to enter the store, and leave after being denied as well. After going back and forth with the woman on the phone she told me to enter the store, and then exclaimed she can only let us buy frozen yogurt, but we were not allowed to buy toppings. She was also being rude on top of that and had no customer service skills.

The store offered a wide range of frozen yogurt choices with toppings, and it had a clean environment with friendly employees. Personally, I enjoyed the cotton candy flavour…

Went to the store and enjoyed pretty good flavors!! The customer service us above and beyond. The nutella flavor is a must try. Will definitely come back again.

Amazing customer service. Always greeted with a smile and a welcoming vibe. Very clean and lots of great flavours. I would highly recommend coming here!!!

Tried many flavors here with my room mates, most of them were really good!
