Staff told lie that I should deposite money in their bank for 4 business days as the precondition of investment. And they didn't give me the agreement of my cheque account. It's illegal.

Went to get money out of the machine and there was a homeless man sleeping in front of the machine. Once I gained access the machine ate my debit card. Should probably use a real bank and not this one.

No free parking near the bank .Non Canada card work in ATM with no issues here.

The worst bank to deal with and I've dealt with a few. HSBC froze my account because of an Interac transfer they didn't like. Reason? Just a random security check". Fine. But then why does it take days and time spent running around to get it unblocked? And Usman (Branch Manager) at the Kensington branch does not do what he says he will do. He assured me the account would be unblocked. Here we are

I'dont know how can a give 0 star.From Usman who plays a role of Branch Manager, in other hand he is such sweet talker who tells to customer that he will take care of things who suppose to be done months before and he never gives a call, email or at least a quick phone call. I was chating with a branch supervisor Carmen few times for charges that was not disclosed and I couldn't get no info through ebanking or CSR by phone, she is so rude and not helpful at the and when I went to the branch Usman heard our conversation and asked me to talk to him, he said I told to Carmen to stop waisting valuable time to search for charges because we don't have any control of it. Imagine telling to customer that. I was just trying to see how much money the intermidate bank took it. As went through two intermediate banks and got charged 4 times, once my branch, two intermediate banks and once receivers bank.I was trying to get my bonuses for opening the account and keeping my money in their account. We will, will take a look, and nothing.The Harpreet, is another story. He never returns emails or calls. As he is busy dealing with money overseas.If you respect your money and your self, run, run, run, these people are great and rude artists, alleged scamers, employed to do legal money laundry perhaps.God bless Canada, they probaly say every single day they wake up.I don't know how HSBC employ this kind of people. They don't care about clients a lot of discrimination,and not transparent.I closed my accounts and never deal with them. Go anywhere, just don't do business with them.
