Poor and very bad company!No communication very judgmentalAnd play games tricks and string you along..Schedule you for training without yourknowledge and then when it does not work they phone and expect you to call back in less than 24 hours when your on hospital and tell you they moved on.. this company plays games don't gophers!.. lead me.on and then yank the rug .. they freak out over nothing constantly contradicting statements and I could say more but do yourself a favor don't work here

Nice company to work for. Just a longer hour and lots of driving throughout the shift. If you like love dogs and driving a lot, this a place for you. Erick is super awesome manager. You get treated like a family here at BPS K-9.

This branch of BPS K9 is poorly run. Owner and management are stuck in the mud as for being a progressive business wanting to grow. Stressful work for little money. If you ask for backup for a call, management tells their supervisors to let the guard deal with it on their own. Sometimes you have to remove up to 10 people by yourself with no backup or supervisor to help. Post orders for sites are confusing, outdated, and rarely up kept with vital new info. There are better places to do security than this business. When you give management advice from a guard or supervisor level, they rarely take it into consideration, so your voice for change will never work here. You complain about something, you on the management hit list and will use that for a reason to fire. Empty promises. Could go on, but not worth it for the purposes of this review. Don’t waste your time!

The company owner Paul Senecal is a fraud who tells people he's a retired K9 RCMP Sergeant. The rental cops he hires and deploys to sites lack common sense and a brain.

Qualified and experienced security company tailoring their services to individual clients needs. They are run by professional office staff, and have fully trained security agents and guard dogs.

I own a candy shop called Yummy Co and have been a merchant at the Crossroads Farmers Market for close to 15 years. I have seen many security guards come through our market in my days but felt I needed to compliment one of your guards. River Wearmouth has been a security guard here at the market the past two or three months. Not only is has he performed his guard duties and obligations, he is genuinely concerned about the community as a whole. He’s a very “in tuned” individual and is there when I have needed him. Only if there was an option to give zero stars this security company cares less about their customers and stuff guards works long hours in very stressful situations with no support from the management the owner always has an attitude towards his employees please avoid this company for any type of business

Had a death in my family when I worked for them was unable to make my shift told managment told me to bring in a doctor's note and terminated me on the spot one of the worst companies
