Unbelievably compassionate when we had to put our beloved 14-year-old cat down. The doctors and front staff were so thoughtful and understanding during this very hard time. Very professional but with so much empathy we really appreciated everything that they did for us.

We had to bring our puppy in from a rural town and the treatment we got at Guardian was superb. All of the staff we interacted with, vet techs, receptionists, and Dr. Chelsea were so kind and informative. We ended up having to put our pup to rest and we felt very supported. We were encouraged to take our time and everyone was very respectful and warm during the process. It’s not easy to ask for payment following trauma and it never felt forced. Thank you again to everyone who helped us, especially Dr. Chelsea for your expertise and guidance. We would trust this clinic with any future pets.

The VCA Guardian is an extremely amazing clinic. We are so fortunate to have them available in the city. Everybody who works there is kind and compassionate, which makes the experience so much better. Dr. Zhou and Dr. Clancy took care of my cat while she was in the hospital for two nights. They were both kind, knowledgeable and caring. My cat Honey had a speedy, miracle recovery and I couldn’t be any more thankful to them, the vet techs and the front staff. They’re the best!

The people there are so kind from the time I stepped in the door. They were so concerned and willing to help it was in the middle of the night when I had to bring my little dog there, and I had to make a very tough decision All the staff was very friendly and comforting and understanding. It was a tough process but I’m glad I had a VCA Guardian, Veterinary, and team there to help me with that decision and the compassion that they showed me you don’t see that much anymore and I appreciate it so much. Also, thank you for the card that I received in the mail after the loss of my little boy Ivan.

I am grateful for the Guardian Vet team taking in my cat Umbra, they are extremely kind, honest, and do everything possible to educate and help you. I took my cat Umbra during the early morning (2:30AM) for a urinary obstruction. I felt really helpless but they helped me gain perspective and were with me every step of the way for his healing process. After many weeks of highs and lows, the Vet team were really great at guiding me and it gave me lots of hope and strength.I'm happy to report that my little Umbra is doing great now and I really couldn't do it without all the Vet Tech's and Doctors for helping me get Umbra on the right path. I want to thank Dr. Pepper who helped me gain insight for the best treatment plan for Umbra, all the Vet Tech's that took my phone calls to ensure his best care, and Amanda at front desk who went above and beyond to talk me through really hard times and remind me to take care of myself.You guys are an absolute gem and I would recommend anyone to come to this clinic.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. My dog Diesel was unable to pee due to bladder stones and we bought him here at 2am in the morning. The staff on duty were just great . We had to leave Diesel as he was slated for surgery that day. Dr.Lindsey Kurach did the surgery and contacted me right after and let me know then all went well.Diesel had to spend another day in hospital and when we picked him up they are very through as to how and what to watch for and do.I'm writing this review because I want people who are about their furry family members that if you have an emergency this is the place to go.Thanks again to all of the staff.Diesel

Our 5 month old puppy Malice got stepped on by a family member two days ago. Her leg was snapped in half. It was the scariest moment of our lives and we were a complete wreck. This clinic is absolutely amazing. They gave our baby pain meds immediately at 730pm and we could hold her in the waiting room. They let all 5 of us wait with her which was so kind. We waited 3.5 hours and that was only because 3 urgent cases were rushed in while waiting. If not I have no doubt we would have been seen much sooner. This was very fast considering it was a long weekend as well.They got our baby admitted at 11pm and thoroughly walked us through her surgery plan and the cost. We were texted at 1am with an update on her x-rays and sedation/splint. Her surgery happened less than 24 hours later and we get to take her home tomorrow morning.We are incredibly grateful for this animal hospital, the compassionate staff, and the surgical team who worked on her. Thank you Dr. Sereda for operating on our little girl. Our entire family deeply appreciates emergency veterinary professionals, and wants to acknowledge how difficult your jobs are everyday. Thank you so so much for everything.

The staff are super caring and have been amazing with my furbaby. I owe her life to them.They were so patient with me calling all the time while my baby was staying there for 5 nights. They accommodated me visiting whenever and gave me co start updates.Dr. Cockwill is just a delight and so knowledgeable and patient. He is honest and upfront. And just a kind human.

Thank you to all the staff at Guardian for providing my kitty, Leonidas, with the highest quality of care. He came back home healthy, happy and completely himself after 72 hours of hospitalization. Vincent also says thanks for making sure sure his brother was well taken care of, he is very happy they are reunited.
