WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! My engagement ring was purchased here, was told it was as close to flawless as you can get. Then I find a big inclusion in the main diamond. I take it in and there is absolutely nothing they are willing to do for me besides offer for me to trade in my ring on a different ring but I have to spend double the money! They will never get my business and I will make sure to tell all who will listen about the poor service and the complete disregard of my concern.

Great service. Buy all jewellery from here. Services on items can take a couple weeks but the job is done right amd have never had to send it back. Friendly people.

If I could rate 0 I would, I have never experienced such unprofessionalism by a team of assosiates. This was my first and last experience at Peoples in Lloydminster. The manager has no sense of people skills. They didn’t offer to size my finger I had to tell them it should be done before buying. People spends thousands of dollars at their store daily for significant gifts and the assosiates can’t even take responsibility for their mistakes and blame it on the customer. I would not recommend anyone going to this location the staff are very uneducated.

We’ve dealt with several Peoples locations over the years, and this is by far the absolute worst. To say that their customer service skills are lacking is a massive understatement. They lost the receipt for one of my rings from the folder when it went in for inspection and so absolutely nothing about it. Most recently, they flat out refused to do a trade/upgrade because the new ring wasn’t twice the value of the one being traded. Other locations have absolutely done this for us in the past, within reason.I’m personally done with this location and I would strongly advise you to avoid them as well.

Went to have engagement ring sent for resizing. They were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. No complaints, had a good experience and will come here again.

Terrible people skills sent my wedding ring in just to have it come back with the diamond tainted with a red speckle. They are not willing to offer me any time frame or compensation for waiting so long at their own negligence. Having to resend my ring back due to it not being the same was frustrating and its been over 3 months now

Horrible service, Went in to get my engagement ring ( I'm in my 50's so been waiting awhile). We were very excited to be picking out rings, then when it comes time to purchase , had to send away for resizing. The lady that was helping us, did not help me size my finger, so needless to say they came back too big. The thing that really pisses me off is that when my rings,( yes rings as we got the wedding band as well ) came back I was so excited to get them went into pick up. Told the girl that they were new and I had not seen them on as they didn't fit when we purchased them. She then proceeds to give them to me in a plastic bag. I had to ask for a ring box. NOT ONE PERSON THAT WAS WORKING ASKED TO SEE THEM, IF THEY FIT NOTHING..... What was suppose to be very exciting time turned out to be ruined by the poor service. Will never purchase from PEOPLE'S in Lloydminster ever again
