The roofing job done by Afshin and crew at Tactic was very well done and I was quite pleased with the whole process from quotation to completion. Everything was explained well and handled professionally, looks great. Every attention to detail was outstanding. He is now my permanent roofer for this and other outbuildings on my property. Total roof replacement done by Tactic Roofing Inc. at the end of September 2022. From start to finish, the team operated like a well-oiled machine. Standouts: the attention to detail such as, covering with tarp, the neighbour’s parked car, and protecting the house’s windows and doors below the roof from falling debris damage.Clean-up of shingles, packaging, and any other left-over materials is thorough as it is all gone before they leave. The owner, himself, came back the following day to check for any stray nails the crew might have missed that may have fallen on the driveway as he was concerned about my vehicle’s tires getting a puncture.TLDR: If you want a bargain roof job, there are plenty of roofers in the GTA that will take your business. Highly recommend Tactic Roofing! I noticed some water damage on my ceiling and wanted to deal with the issue immediately. Afshin setup an appointment for the next morning to assess the situation. He was on time, polite, explained everything in detail (with pictures) and fixed the problem immediately. Everything was resolved within 24 hours of me noticing the water damage. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. I don’t yet need a new roof but when I do, I know who I’ll be calling. Thank you Tactic Roofing!

I normally do not write reviews, however, Tactic Roofing Inc. went over and above for my family. From the start, the quote and visit was professional & honest. The cost was not the least expensive we received but we're so glad we chose them to install our new roof. Afshin & team ensured the roof leak was patched before and during our vacation. I was treated so well, by Afshin and his team. First off, they provided all documentation up front, ie; insurance, WSIB, etc. They provided a detailed quote, and I knew exactly what products they would be using, and how/where they would be installing on my roof. Communication was fantastic, start to finish. While on my property, they were extremely respectful, courteous and flexible. They finished the job efficiently, and cleaned everything up. If I could give them a score out of 10, I would give them an 11, for making extra efforts, on my behalf. Thank you Afshin and team Tactic!
